The back and the front of my car was still dirty. Maybe If the gentleman that was spraying my car could have a quick brush for the front and back of the car, it may have helped. I love that they give you towels and surfaces cleaner, which is located by the vacuums. The vacuums work well and they have the air hoses to help reach the detailed areas. I'm not sure if I got my $20 worth, I'm willing to giving it another try now that my white car doesn't look cream. read more

My brand-new car was scratched from one end to the other with their equipment, I immediately submitted a claim, the district manager told I would hear from them in 2 to 5 days, they gave me the run around for 2 weeks, I stopped at the location twice, the second time I was told that my claim had been denied, I asked to speak to the manager, they game me John Smith number, who is over the whole company, his response was the same, that the scratches were inconsistent with how their equipment runs, so I'm stuck with a big, long scratched on a car that I haven't had a year. zero! zero! zero! stars!!! read more

I honestly wish I could give this place a zero stars. There's only one employee who's doing it all when I finish paying, I was not offer a receipt. I had to ask for it when I turned around to get in line for the wash. It was the same employee that was checking me out and she didn't even start the machine till I was already inside, the car wash. She didn't scrub the bug juice from the front of my grill nor the windshield and the soap did not start till half of the car was already inside. 100% one of the worst places I have ever been to. read more

Not a fan of this particular Zip's. I've been to it several times, and I'm done going back. The last couple of times I have received TERRIBLE customer service, which is odd since the other locations I frequent don't have this problem--in fact quite the opposite. Multiple associates here have used the phrase "that's company policy" for seemingly simple things, and they don't appear to be empowered to do anything to help customers. It's bad enough here that I've canceled my wash membership and will be looking for a different car wash. Do yourself a favor and skip coming to this Zip's. read more

ZERO STARS! I went for a car wash this past saturday evening 6/29/24 and came out with a ton of DENTS AND SCRATCHES on the passenger side of my truck. We were informed that the same incident happened a couple days before as well. We filed a damage claim through the Zips company and was contacted back this morning stating they declined the claim due to no malfunction and no employee error. We will now be going through our insurance because this is unacceptable and embarrassing. I also was contacted by a friend of mine who went to the same car wash on 1187 in Burleson off I-35 and CAME OUT WITH THE SAME IDENTICAL SCARTCHES AND DENTS! Are you f-ing joking??!!?!?!? Beware!!! Fraudulent company! Don't get your car washed here unless you want to waste your money!! They tricked me into a subscription that I was not made aware of. The car wash employee told me that there was a special on car washes, $12.50 for weekly car washes for the month. Now my credit card is being charged $25 each month for car wash that I never used. I have tried to cancel it but cannot get a hold of anyone online or on the phone to cancel it. read more

Worst car wash I've been to. The last time I went, the car wash snapped off my back windshield wiper. I know the place isn't responsible for damages but it still sucked because that has never happened at any other car wash I've been to. Fast forward to today my mom went in to get her car wash and had the same thing happened to her back windshield wiper. But today she saw a sign that had a long list of reasons for why your car could get damaged in the car wash like "not suitable for cars over 7 years old" and "if your car is over 100,000 miles", like seriously?! 30.00 dollars for a premier car wash. Half the equipment was not working. My truck looked no better than it did before. Why do they sale you something when their equipment was not working. i tried calling their number and it goes to no support person is working and hangs up. Not surprised at all that they have all one star reviews, the "manager" here is awful! They try to pitch their most expensive washes every time and say that their basic wash doesn't even wash the car. They are disrespectful when you don't fall for their over selling. Go anywhere else and they need to fire this clown. read more

Terrible service. All I wanted was a Carwash instead I was insulted for not signing up for their monthly subscription. Michael who apparently is the on-site manager was the one who insulted my decision to pass on the subscription. 100% would not recommend. Go to the Carwash at the Chevron station on Wilshire. Most of the vacuums don't work. Tons of bees in all the trash cans. Have to run through the car wash twice to get your car clean.

Zips does a good job for the type of car wash this is. They have nice facilities and friendly staff. If you have a membership sticker they have to scan it in. There is no sensor at this location. Nice vacuums and towels available. read more

idk where to start with this place my truck was damage due to the car wash messing up and I was hit while in the car wash the manger accepted fault and a year later I havnt heard nothing just this morning I called customer service and a lady named Lou wasn't any help I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said there isn't anyone to speak to ( I called on a Friday @ 11 am ) she will have someone to call me back but it's been a year I've been waiting to talk to someone .... and on top of that I havnt been back to that car wash in a year and still getting charged 45 dollars a month and they refuse to give me a refund!!!!! If I could give this car wash is zero, I would. They are very deceitful and shady. I originally signed up a long time ago when this car wash was rocket car wash. When zips took over, I explained that I had a loyalty membership and they assured me that my loyalty membership would be honored. A few months down the road and I noticed that not only am I being charged way more than my loyalty membership but wasn't getting any of the benefits such as clearcoat, tire wash, etc. I asked them about that and they said there was nothing they could do, that was the best rate they could offer me I never received any email or indication that my rates were going up or that they were downgrading my plan. Nothing at all! Thus is horrible business practice and I canceled my membership and will be moving on.!!! read more

This place is not worth the money the wash doesn't remove all the soap and the vacuum do not work therefore they SUCK. They used to be good other than the sales pitch about the monthly service you can't cancel. read more
