I've been coming to this wash in Cartersville for about 4 years now. When I first started coming here it was pretty iffy as far as wash quality, and very few employees did the pre-brush for hard to reach areas, and so after about a year I canceled my membership. Then a couple years ago I came back and tried again, same issues with employees and even worse sometimes the wash wasn't operating properly such as low water level, not enough soap, tire wash not working so I canceled my membership again. I noticed they did some upgrades or refurbishing or something a while back and so a couple months ago I restarted my membership. At first the employees were spotty as far as doing the prebrush, but then slowly they started hiring better people. Recently I have noticed a definite higher caliber of employee retention and training, and I've been pretty happy with the wash for the past couple months. Always decent wash, "most" but not all employees are doing the prewash, and there are usually plenty of clean wash towels and supplies. The manager there "Keith" always smiles and greets customers, and the other day I even saw a customer knock down the swing arm on the entrance and even though I knew it probably upset him he managed to smile through it and continue working. There's another couple employees who are awesome, a newer young guy named Michael who is very professional about his job, and one of the most consistent employees there is a brunette female who has been there quite a while. She is always pleasant and professional and knows what she's doing; sorry I never got her name. Price-wise it's ok, I get the $29 monthly wash service and it's pretty good but you only get the full wash on the 1st wash of the month then it's a basic wash through the rest of the month which seems kind of cheesy. So overall it's been an up and down experience but over the past half year or so it's been a very consistently good car wash and I hope they continue and STOP LOSING GOOD MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES! read more

Beware! Bait & Switch Auto Bill Scam Offered $25 'special' for a month of car washes. We WEREN'T told it would auto-bill for $45 month after that!!! We only went once! Check you bank account! You will also have to Unsubscribe in advance of the autobilling. If you are aware of this 'offer' and it works for you, it's a nice car wash & was well kept. I know my "home" Zips Car Wash in Cartersville, GA is under new management and everyone is AWESOME! They seem to have upgraded their wash and the vacuums are much better than before! There are always clean towels (in their new updated stands) with glass cleaner and powerful air hoses! Kenny has been with them for quite a while and is always so friendly and helpful! I got a new car and needed to get a new bar code and he made the change seamless and easy! Thanks for all you guys and girls do! read more

This company has continuously taken a fee of $25 monthly even though I've attempted many times to cancel! They are fraudulent charges and I don't understand why they are still taking money when I cancelled months ago and their app says I don't have a membership!! *****WARNING****** DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH****** I went by on Memorial Day to get my car washed. I have a 2025 Honda CR-V that I bought last month so there was zero damage to this vehicle prior to the wash. Ran it through the wash and then went home. When I got out of my car, the fender on the drivers side next to the headlight was sticking in the air. I drove back to let them know and was told that the manager wouldn't be in until the following day. The manager called me the next day and said I had to drive back up there to file a claim. After 2 days they denied it. They say that the claim was thoroughly reviewed and they only cover if an employee error. They are saying that this is a manufacturer issue and that my fenders have sharp tips. This is absolutely ridiculous. So should there be a sign outside that says no vehicles with sharp fenders? They are not denying that their car wash damaged my vehicle, they are just coming up with excuses as to why they won't cover it. This is very bad business and they know it. So save yourself this headache...STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THERE. Also...I have been through the zips in Woodstock several times and never had an issue. Go through the one in Cartersville one time and this happens. It has nothing to do with sharp tipped fenders. Just a bunch of crooks. Just found out they are not BBB accredited and have an F rating. I used to love this car wash, especially because it is so convenient to me. But now, it is awful. They keep raising the price and giving you less. The car mat cleaner no longer works, they never have clean towels when I go (which is during the week, not at busy times. I have been taking my own towel), they no longer scrub the back of your car before entering the wash, and they no longer tape your back windshield wiper down. The parking lot is trashy and it just overall appears neglected and feels as if the good service they once offered is not important anymore. Took me all this time to get my money back and just this morning after checking my account they again took a lot more money out of my account . Buyer beware!!! I attempted to use a gift card that I purchased online. After waiting many days for its arrival, I was then told that it could not be used to purchase a membership. After explaining that it does not state that policy on the website, they still would not accept it. This company has very poor business ethics and does not stand behind its product. read more

I pay for a monthly service plan but it is hard to get a wash in when the employees decide to close early.. On July 25th 2021 at 2:10 pm they were closed as evidenced by the blue cones in front of the entrance. The car wash was not broke as there were still people going through the wash. The owner needs to stop his employees from closing early. The vacuum cleaners need service. Many are not working. read more

Before the investors in Zips purchased Silver Bullet Car Wash, the service, prices, and wash quality were superior. As Zips, the cost has risen, and the quality has diminished. Gone are the brushing of front, rear and mirrors. Now they are using a far less effective spray. The $15 wash has had at least two coatings removed. To get the best wash with two ceramic coatings you now pay $25. No automated wash is worth $25! For $12 at BP, you can get the same $15 quality wash. read more

This wash alone just doesn't get your car clean. If the person spraying your car before entering really tried it could be much better. Floor mat cleaner is broken a long time and not repaired. Often no cloths are available to dry. When I cancelled I was on hold ten minutes before I could speak to someone and then they put me on hold two more times. They need to make a way to simply cancel in the portal. read more

The boys that work here are on drugs and are not concerned about the quality of work they don't do and they can't communicate. Every time I come here I'm asked to leave around back because they say the chain is broken. Very poor customer service here. The workers are rude and purposely do a bad job. The wash was fine. However, I signed up for the rewards program and the machine would not accept my code or scan the barcode for a free wash. Before going through the wash, the attendant instructs me to go to the vacuum bay closest to the building. While vacuuming, the suction seemed to be cut before I even got a quarter of the way through. I don't have reason to believe it was intentional other than being instructed to use that specific bay. I live in Nashville and there are plenty of washer between here and there, but I chose this one because I got off the exit nearby to get gas. Maybe just my misfortune, so Ill give another chance if in the area. But there are a lot of washes between here and home so chances are after that, it may be my last. Since this is the first review of this wash, that's the reason I'm not giving it one star so hopefully they can correct whatever happened so it won't happen again. read more
