I had been watching this place go up over the last few months, stopped in today to check it out. The manager/designer Hal Hoffman, saw me checking out the pricing menu and came over to see if I needed some help. I told him I had 35 years of industrial automation engineering experience and could see this place is not your ordinary carwash, so he gave me the backstage tour. I will have to say I am totally impressed, this place is light years ahead of the competition when it comes to efficiency and design, there are no brushes are running 100 miles an hour beating on your your car, but new style soft neoprene rubber wipers, like used in wet suits,  gently rotating around the entire vehicle, double-crossing over the back and front. I watched several cars and truck go through and get pampered while coming out sparkling clean. I have used the other guys, and over the last 9 months I have had a mirror, a windshield wiper and a mud flap ripped off my truck. I can see that won't happen here. He has even custom designed the wheel cleaners to be able to handle the larger truck tires you typically find around here. You can see his passion and pride of a job well done, in his design. They use 1/10th the water of other carwashes, all reclaimed, filtered and efficiently recycled. Hal showed me their patented state-of-the-art energy monitoring and optimization system. Believe me, when I say, no expense was spared to make this place top-notch. Before going there, I had asked the guy down the street about the place when I was getting my oil changed, another customer spoke up and said "they are expensive", true they charge $2 more than the cookie-cutter franchise guy down the street, but a filet at Ruth's Chris steakhouse costs more that one at Applebee's but everyone understands why. Needless to say, I'm sold, I will be swapping over my monthly wash membership to these guys, even if it does cost me a few bucks extra. read more

Went through and paid for deluxe only for every vacuum to be out of order and not working. Had the associate take my payment and really can't believe they did not mention it at all. Complete waste of time and money. read more

Before buying the wash, due to a previous dissatisfaction I asked the worker, "do you prewash before entering the wash?" I explained the last time they didn't and my car was streaked after getting it washed. He tells me yes they will do that. I get the car lined up and immediately the girl sprays my car on one side with soap and no prewash at all. I immediately called and complained but no help at all. The lady on the phone who sounds foreign says she's sorry they don't do pre-washes on the vehicles. Also why are they photographing our cards? There is a place to choose your wash and then use your card but the worker took mine and held it up to a camera. If my card gets hacked I will sue them. This place isn't good and we won't be back. When I got home and it dried, it wasn't clean at all. read more

After going thru wash and vacuuming my car I noticed the back was still dirty. I went in office and they tell the machine that cleans the back if the car was broken. Offered to go out and wipe down the back for me. Why not tell me before and wipe it down then??? Didn't even spray my car down before and refused to push my side mirrors in for me. I stopped by this car wash the other day because the loaner vehicle I was driving was so dirty... and my experience here was great. I'm not in this area to consider a membership to Zips (because the Zips near me isn't well-run), but if this location was my home location, I would totally sign up! They have staff to scrub your vehicle before it goes through the washer, the washer itself did a great job, and the interior cleaning bays were well kept, the equipment well maintained and I was thoroughly impressed. read more

BEST car wash I've ever been to. They are so thorough with the pre-wash, then the car washing is spectacular. The attendants take their time and tend to each car with care. One of the attendants took the time to take the leaves out of a crevice of my car; I've just never seen this level of care anywhere else. I watched the attendants thoroughly pre-wash the trucks and cars in front of me, ensuring the a clean result by the end. Other carwashes (like Mister) have left parts of my car dirty like it was never touched. I recommend Flash N Dash hands down, 10/10 to anybody and everybody in the Covington area. read more

My experience was not good. Went through the drive in wash by self service and my truck came out dirty with soap on it still. Tried using self service bays with wands and not much better. Has to be a better option in Covington. I will be in search of it tomorrow. read more

The best drive thru car wash I have experienced. ED, Sarah, and Dayton pre-cleaned before driving through and even washed the running boards. Vacuums on both sides of the car made the inside cleaning quick. Excellent service. Will be using them again!!!! read more

The car wash does an ok job...not much good on the undercarriage. I also recommended to the owner that wet wipe towels would be a good touch (my hometown car wash does this) he copped an extreme attitude with me...I guess paying $22 for a half ass car wash doesn't get you a damp towel. read more
