Sheesh! Those other reviews got me nervous to leave my review . I never had a bad experience with this car wash yet. The only thing was 2 times closed earlier than 8pm and recently was doing maintenance on their drive thru for an hour. (6-15-2024). I really had good washes with this car wash as my car was cleaned afterwards. I never get smears on the car like the other car wash in Conyers. $32.99 a month / unlimited. Lord don't jinx me after some of those other reviews. read more

I took my newly used car that I got 2 days before to wash it and clean the inside of the vehicle to my liking. When I went through the car wash I noticed my temp tag was missing. I went to the General Manager, Deontae Brown, advised that he did not see the tag. He stated, he will check the pit and contact me to let me know what he finds at the end of the night. I never heard anything from him. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I went up Mister Car Wash a couple of mornings later. He was not in and the guy that was there, called him, Deontae advised his employee that they didn't find it. And that was it. Deontae was Nonchalant and lacked empathy. And this type of behavior was exhibited by the General Manager!!!!!!!! Luckily, another car wash is being built right up the street. Never again will I give them any money. read more

This place has hit rock bottom they sent my truck thru today with without starting the machine. It beat my truck all down the side. Found several plastic parts next to my truck. Never again! I went to this car wash a while back ago. Just to get her washed and vacuumed. And as I'm already in the car wash and the soap is everywhere. Brushes spinning, I feel a sudden jerk to my car. I looked around and there was no other car not knowing what happened, I waited to get out of the car wash and went straight to park my car. I looked all around the front, sides and finally the rear. Turns out one of their spin brushes snatched my back windshield wiper right out of the socket leaving it hanging and no windshield whipper blade to the arm. (I have a 95 Ford). I went straight to the office asking to speak to a manager. Waiting on the manager I went outside still looking at the damage that their car wash caused, the manager said he reviewed the video footage and saw that their spin brush caught onto my whipper and pulled it out. He contacted their "insurance company" and they said that they couldn't do anything for my vehicle because it is a 90's model. I stood there shocked. It shouldn't matter if my vehicle is not a newer model , my windshield whipper worked when I got there and it should have been working once I left there. They in fact DID NOT pay for the damage , but instead thought it was a good idea to give me a couple $20 car washes. Knowing I wasn't going back to this location. read more

Paid for the $20 wash, their top of the line. There was almost no "tire shine" on my tires afterwards which was supposed to be included. The vacuums seem to have very little suction now, they used to be much stronger. They also used to have cleaning products for the interior, they now only have the window cleaner. All in all, not worth $20 at all. read more

Do NOT use this wash facility. My driver side mirror was broken off during the wash. After almost 2 weeks of getting the run around the owner told me it was pre existing & refused to accept responsibility for it. Very POOR customer service. read more

Not worth your spare change. If you care about your vehicle you'll pass this place up. They're the most unprofessional establishment I've ever dealt with. They intentionally caused damage to my car and then laughed when I proved it was due to negligence of the middle school kid washing windows. They're poorly managed and customer service is virtually nonexistent. I actually had to ask to be reimbursed for the wash and it didn't even get the darn thing clean. Just had my first visit. Fairly good. I've never been in automatic car wash like that! Haha, wow! Got the manager's special for $20 which includes all the special treatments including bug control. After that, you drive around for a free, unlimited time vacuum session. There's also a free steam press for floor mats, which was a huge plus. My car came out looking clean and great. The top of my car was not as shiny as the rest of the body, but mind you, my car hasn't been cleaned this way in many years. The next time I go, I'll ask the attendant to spray the top. the inconsistency of this car wash is astounding, I pay monthly and I can't get my car washed the same way every time, and on top of that the Personnel at this car wash in Covington Georgia wait until it is completely dark to turn the lights on who does that I would think people would like to see what their car looks like as they wipe it down as they vacuumed it, so right now I think you are operating way under par and you should probably revamp this situation read more

First off if i could give them no stars i would. This place is too small, tight space. I paid for a regular wash thats all. The guy told me to come in and splashed a brush of just water no soap on windshield. There was no bug wash station so bugs still on car after wash, not only that the wind blower blew my whole front bumper off. No workers around had to go in and retrieve own bumper. Not only that manger took forever to hear my comlaint, claiming he was looking at camera of problem. Car still had soap on it and chemical messed up side mirrors and there was tire shine on two tires. Never paid or asked for tire shine. Filled out complaint report and they said my bumper had to already be like that cause there blowers never blowed off bumpers. All my clips where on the ground with bumper which is now scratched up. They didnt offer to help put back on or even a free wash. Not only vacuum hardly worked that couldnt even pick up trash. Blower had low ass pressure. Never going back to this place. Need to shut down and rebuild even larger with new management and staff. Nothing but complaints on social media bout this place. Wish i read the reviews before going in. Just wanted to rinse some of the dirt off and end up getting a half wash, rude service, and a blown off scratched up bumper for $7. read more

After two weeks of endless calling to cancel my monthly service no one would return my call. After I finally went there to cancel my service, I had to go through drive through to cancel, the call button does not work and I had to park my car in the drive through get my child out and go inside to get a run around about why no one would answer the phone or assist me! Poor, poor poor customer service! Have these people not heard of a wireless phones? as the manager proceeds tell me that they do not have enough staff to answers calls, I gladly point out that he was standing talking to the other employees. DO NOT USE!!!!! Had a lady stop in the middle of the wash and put her car in reverse. They shut the machine down and the Manager came out to say something to her. I asked him what happened. He said she put her foot on the brake and I told him her reverse lights were on. He acknowledged that he saw that, but said my car was fine and that she didn't hit me. He told me to pull back around because he needed to run me back through. Get done and as I am vacuuming out my car, I see a huge dent in the front of my car, scratches on the hood and the bumper is pushed back towards my tire. I go say something and he tells me that it's not their liability and that I need to call the police and file a hit and run. I do so and tell the Officer that the guy acknowledged what happened. Therefore the Officer was going to put him down as a witness, however when he went to speak to the employee, the guy said he didn't see anything. What a JERK!!! Thankfully another employee spoke up, so hopefully we can find the woman and have her insurance pay to fix my car!!!! read more
