I met MARCO with EPIC LANDSCAPES and he came in with a bid almost 1/3 less. So, with the budget, I could go bigger! Once we saw how big of a green we could do, we looked at the whole backyard and thought...do we want ALL turf? HELL YEAH. We ended up spending 1.5x more for the WHOLE YARD than the newspaper-ad company's bid for only 500 sqft. I think we ended at 2000 sqft with 500 sqft of beautiful, sloped, (with a mound,) six holes, masterpiece! I must have been THAT customer with Marco, calling him, changing our minds, the shape, the size, this corner, this sprinkler head. The dude kept up. They were on time, the whole crew worked like a well-oiled machine, they finished ahead of schedule, and have returned to maintain small issues that we have had - a sprinkler head, and some turf that just wasn't tamped down enough. My wife and I couldn't be happier. What was a muddy eye-sore has now become a challenging work of art. We spend countless hours outside and I have lost many putting contests. The gate was built a few years ago and unfortunately the people we initially hired did not finish the job and took the gate opener that we had purchased with them. Alberto's team fixed our fence, raised the gate up several inches, added cable to prevent sagging, and added an automatic gate opener. They also repainted all the iron.
