While I was pleased to see real potatoes used, the salt dump made them pretty much inedible. I hate throwing food away, but the salt was overwhelming. It's an absolute truth that you never get a second chance to make a first impression; this is especially true of restaurants. The "Fireplace Philly," at $13.99, was over-priced and below average. I have zero incentive to give this place a second chance.
