Ignacio Gonzalez Rodriguez, with the professional accreditation number 4117248) In addition to which I contacted my Mexican Real Estate attorney in Cancun and he email me " Hi Kurt, Aside of whom Grupo Gonzalez, a law firm versed in fiscal and accounting matters in MX City, and JKB, the buyer that presents you a contract with an address in Oklahoma but no other contact information, are; I really wonder on the Banorte´s format, "Solicitud de apertura de cuenta Kurt Eisinger". This document indicates a Fideicomiso # and account #, same I wonder if you are acquainted with. Perhaps the fideicomiso # is that which corresponds to the resort where your timeshare is at. Is the Master Trust in that resort held by Banorte as trustee? This bank document seems strange, it indicates Ignacio Gonzalez, representing a corporation named Asevec, will represent you in the opening of a bank account in Banorte, where I suppose you´ll receive the sale price. However, the point is tourists cannot open bank accounts in MX, meaning a foreigner must first become Mexican resident to do so. Further, in MX only the individual himself can open a bank account and besides the many documents and requirements that must be submitted and signatures registration, the bank´s branch manager must send all the paperwork for approval from a committee at the bank´s central offices, where they will determine if you can be considered as new client or not. A Mexican bank will not open individual accounts to beneficiaries through 3rd parties. In my view it is a scam and I agree with what you said: "...if a deal is too good to be true, it´s usually a fake." You should opt selling it as a resale through the same resort." My wife and I don't have any timeshare or anything like that. We own one vacation home. We received court docs with our LLC info, "jkb vacation rentals, LLC" but it has someone else's names on it. It appears connected to a time share issue. They are even using our home address as their business. It is literally all our info except the names, phone numbers and email addresses.

We entered into an agreement that required a $7,000 down payment, split into two payments--one due in December and the second in March. We paid the Dec and when we went to pay March, there was nobody at the office. So we texted them and asked them if we could pay the next day and they said that was perfectly fine. And that's what we did. A month later, we got a check for $3500 in the mail that said we were late on our contract payment and that it was null. Since then, the AC has went out and then we  had to use window units last summer. So here we are again using window units and now we have a termite infestation that we contacted them about last year.  We have five different numbers which they will not answer. We got a text from one of them only. I am hiring a lawyer. I'm done with this shit bag assholes . We pay $1950 a month and we're getting our asses handed to us, CURRENTLY! It's now January of 2017 and I am here again I got a smaller room. Still with a living room and kitchenette. Two burner coil stove, and a full size microwave that door won't open all the way because it's so close to everything else it's hitting the knobs of the stove. Very small room this time and one queen bed. There was a hair on the bath mat that was not mine. I called down for a couple extra pillows. He told me breakfast ended at 9:30 and they don't have any pillows to give me (??never in my life have I been told that) The woman at the front desk when I checked in was not at all friendly. And the overnight man isn't either. Everything is covered in a black tarp as they are doing Renovations but it looks absolutely awful. Floor to ceiling black tarps taped together is the first thing you see when you walk in the hotel. In the far wall near the breakfast nook. I understand this is to make things better but man they could make it look a LITTLE better. Don't know. Half and half. Good rooms. Good hotel in general. I like the breakfast and dinners. Just need a solid staff to represent them correctly.

I did not complain due to my late arrival. After work the next day I was locked out of my room upon arrival around 12am and I was told the room that the same front desk employee assigned me the day prior was supposed to be vacant and he's not sure why. He eventually got me access and my belongings were still there. 2 weeks into my stay I drove home over the weekend and upon my return all of my stuff was gone with the exception of the clothing in the dresser. A hotel employee removed my groceries, blender, toiletries, electric razor, wireless phone charger, Hey Dude shoes, frying pan, etc. I immediately went downstairs to report my missing items to management. I gave a short list of my missing items on my way out but told them I had to go to work and I would be back to talk to them in the morning. When returning to the front desk in the morning I brought a full itemized list of everything I could remember being in my hotel room which was just basic items as noted before but the GM acted like I was lying and questioned why I did note all these items in the original heat of the moment while confirming her employee admitting to removing my items. When she told me theres no way the owner of the hotel is going to cover my 3-4 hundred dollars in losses I called the police to get an official report. The GM also informed me the only way I would be getting reimbursed for my losses was if the employee that removed my belongings brought me 200 dollars which does not fully cover my losses or if corporate would remove it from his last check. I recommend the owner look into Oklahoma state law to see who is responsible for guest losses when the items are placed in the hotels care to be better equipped for the next unfortunate soul that puts there faith in this establishment.
