I met Zoe Portland's Personal Assistant in response to a flyer posted at a Sunset Computer in Beaverton, Oregon about a year ago. Her brochure let me know I would be in the capable hands of a 55+ computer helper. I liked her immediately! She was friendly and informative about the services she provided. Too, she was flexible with her hours to meet and work with me. She's a great listener who is very professional and personable. As a senior citizen, I was looking for someone who could provide one-on-one training. I was new to computing and needed learn the programs on my Mac computer (she also helps with PC's). In the past year, she's introduced me to a world I hadn't thought possible: efficient record keeping, social media (so I can stay in touch with family members across the country), saving and viewing pictures I have taken (and those friends share with me). Zoe's always been so easy to work with: Fellow artist Deb Minkler introduced the two of us. Each step of the way it's been a great collaboration. When I needed a website, she made that happen. A colleague told me about Zoe's services: I was feeling tentative about my computer and was hoping to transition over to an easier to manage mail program.
