I was looking for a way to make my wife's 60th birthday special and memorable. I decided to take a small group of our friends out to dinner and have everyone picked up and taken home in a limo. I made a few inquiries of local limo companies. When I called Zoladz speaking to the owner Don was like talking to an old friend. He was very friendly and provided me with all the information I needed. I thought his quote was very reasonable. Upon putting down a deposit on the evening I immediately received a detailed receipt. Later when I provided the information on the addresses to pick up my guests I received another detailed receipt outlining my pickup information. The communication from Zoladz was very good. I knew nothing would be misunderstood. The week of my wife's birthday I confirmed the reservation and got an immediate response. To further insure the evening would go as planned I was provided with our driver's name, number and again the pickup information. Our driver, Christine was awesome. Her and I spoke the day of the event to confirm my pickup information. I was worried that picking up 5 couples in various locations in both Erie and Niagara counties and getting us to the restaurant on time would be difficult. Christine was prompt and on time for each couple. I had requested champagne flutes in the limo bus. They were provided as requested and each had a decorative napkin folded inside of it. The limo was clean and modern. The ride was comfortable and smooth. We had plenty of room for the 10 of us. The evening was perfect. Christine got us to and from the restaurant safely and in style. I won a free limo ride from a drawing almost a year ago and it was set to expire in a few weeks. My mom was visiting from Florida, so we ventured out to Lewiston for dinner and ice cream in a stretch limo. Why not? We were provided with an 8 person limo and it was very clean and luxurious. I used this company for a wine tour yesterday and had a great experience. The limo was nice and clean. It could accommodate up to 10 people, but was very comfortable with our group of 8. There was ice in the cooler area, wine glasses, and an aux cable for listening to music. The company was easy to deal with for booking, and gave me a reasonable price. My group was a crazy bunch of girls, and our driver, John, was awesome. He arrived almost a half hour early and was pleasant and cooperative through the day. I had a terrible experience with Zoladz a when they were used to move a wedding party I was in from the site of the wedding and reception, to an offsite home where the ladies where getting done up for the reveal, and then from there to the Historical Society for pictures, and back for the wedding. The bus was hot as hell. Understanding that we had unseasonably hot weather, when you rent a luxury bus for a wedding, you expect it to actually be temperate to cool, which it certainly wasn't. Not only that, but even with the complete lack of comfort that the air conditioning gave, it sprayed water out across the back of the bus, you know, the large bench that traditionally the bride and groom will ride in. And then, after being completely unable to take direction, the driver had the audacity to ASK who was going to be tipping him. Even if everything else had been perfect, this would have cost the service two stars, and were I in control of the tip, I would have refused to give one, so galling such a question is. Finally, when we called to ask what was wrong that everything had been so bad, there was absolutely no response. Awful. Cannot condemn more. Do not use their service. read more

My wife and I got married on September 25th, 2015 at Rizzo's in Getzville, NY. There were no problems with the sound system/music and the limo was as clean as a whistle. Carl brought them to the Williamsville- Glen Park, as he knew the best place to drop off and park. Yesterday zoladz provided my group and I with a 20 passenger coach to take us from Rochester to the bills game. Everyone was more than pleased with the service that was provided to us. The coach was spacious, we had over booked and had 23 people but we all still fit ok although having 20 people would have been perfect. There was enough storage on the back of the bus for us to easily fit in everything we needed to bring to tailgate. Also cannot say enough about our driver Franklin who did a fantastic job. He helped load/unload the coach, was always standing at the door to help people on and off of the limo and kept anybody who was not a part of our group out of the limo. Reserved a limo for NYE. The driver, Chad, contacted me the day before to confirm pick up location and time as well as answer any lingering questions I may have had. On the night of, Chad arrived on time, limo was immaculate, and looked great! He was courteous and ready to go. The drive to the event was smooth and a blast. After the event, we texted Chad that we were ready to leave and he was at the front by the time we got our coats from the coat check. People of Buffalo, Zoladz limousine is a complete joke of a company. My fiance was given a discount at a bridal show and now they are unwilling to honor it because of "personnel changes". We have it in writing that a discount was to be given and the owner of this company won't honor it. I'm at a loss for words and will gladly take our business elsewhere. Overdue review...... Got Married in Sept of 2019 and Zoladz was our chosen Limo company. We had searched many companies and Zoladz by far had the best accomodations for our wedding. They allowed for snacks and drinks on board and even allowed for drop off of snacks and drinks a few days prior to the wedding so they showed up cold and ready and no one had to worry about those details the day of! AMAZING!. Many companies do not allow snacks/drinks and drop off, so yes a much needed perk!. Once that box was checked the rest was a breeze. We booked it, paid for it, confirmed date and time of pickup, drop off and picture sites shortly before the wedding and that was it! They showed up on time, our driver was kind, easy going and very accommodating. A part of your wedding that many people don't realize is crucial is getting to the big day on time, getting to and from picture spots and then getting back to your reception on time to be introduced. Zoladz is absolutely awful. I was in 2 weddings. One in 2010, the other just this year. At both weddings the Zoladz limo broke down. In 2010 one limo broke down on the side of the rd while the wedding party waited outside for another to show up. Then the other limo with the flower girl and ring barer inside started heading to Rochester for no apparent reason. They had to be turned around and head back barley making it in time for the beginning of the reception. Then just recently in 2018 the limo broke down again outside the church after the ceremony. When i called Zoladz they said someone was one the way with antifreeze, not even a new limo. When I asked for an ETA they could not give me one. We waited outside for about 30 minutes before someone showed and had to go straight to the reception. Neither bride was compensated for the inconvenience. The customer service was absolutely terrible and quite frankly, if they maintained their vehicles neither limo would have broke down. I will never be using their services again and suggest you look else where. read more
