We used Giorgio's for our wedding at the recommendation of a former business contact. When I first called and spoke with the owner, he was very personable and accommodating; however that was the last of it. When I called to make changes to our event, the individual said she would send over the updated invoices, but we never received them without having to call and follow up. We also gave specific instructions to have any day of considerations go through our day-of coordinator; these instructions were also not followed. We had three shuttle runs (that included gratuity) and the driver was unfriendly to our guests and complained about having to work late, which is clearly unprofessional and unacceptable. She arrived early and expected people to leave at that time. We would not recommend using this Company for your transportation needs. read more

I traveled to Buffalo for business and although the car was both prescheduled and prepaid, they were over an hour late to the airport. Our first 2 attempts to call just went into voicemail. On our third attempt, we were told that they would find out the status of our car and call us back. After waiting a half hour for the call back, we called again and were again told that they would find out the status of the car and call us back. This time, they did call us back and told us that it would be five minutes and that everyone's schedules were messed up because they had an employee rushed to the hospital. Five minutes have come and gone. We're still here. read more

We used Giorgio's for our wedding because they had the most reasonable prices. Well, buyer beware. We reserved two buses, a party bus and a regular coach bus. The coach bus broke down the day of the wedding, but they were able to find a replacement bus (or maybe it was the same one d they fixed it?) However, the bus didn't have AC. A 56 person coach bus without AC gets very hot on a 70 degree day. When they told my mom that the bus broke down we were told that we would be given a discount, but alas, we received nothing. If the bus had AC, I wouldn't press the issue but it didn't and on the way back from the wedding the windshield was so steamed up the driver couldn't see out of it. We had a 50 minute ride back to Jamestown. We're lucky we didn't crash. We also rented a party bus. I've been on a few party buses and this one looked like it was 20 years old. Not what I expected. I was honestly embarrassed. The photos on yelp of the party bus are not what the bus looks like. Talk about misleading. I will never use them again. To boot, whoever answers the phone has no customer service skills. I always felt like I was bothering him, or he was too busy for me. read more

I have never heard of this transportation service before and I quickly learned why. The driver parked at the side of the building (not in view for guests). The driver was very rude to our staff. Although the schedule time was until 3:45pm he left the hotel at 3:30pm because he had another wedding. I suggest you NOT using this transportation service if you want your guest to have a pleasant experience and actually get to the wedding. Worse experience I have ever had. read more

This is the limo to book with. This was the second time we used this company. The first time was my sisters bachelorette and they beat everyone elses price by half. John was our driver; he was so pleasant and drove us to the many places we needed to go and made sure we had everything we needed. We chose to go with the same company for my sisters wedding. We requested john to be our driver again. They were there right on time and made sure we got to all the places we had to. With all the traffic the day of the wedding he found alternate routes to cut of time to make sure we made it on time to the church and ceremony. We dropped the alcohol and snacks off a few days before the day of the wedding. John had it all in the limo on ice and stocked up so that was one less thing we had to worry about. He was great and the company went above and beyond to make sure everything was as we needed it. We will be calling them in the future to book our next limo. Also had to cancel due to new COVID restrictions and declined to refund any money due to COVID. READ TO THE END: We recently booked a 1hr 20 min ride from Buffalo to Chautauqua. We were not told where to meet the driver and wandered around 15 min until we found other lost souls near baggage. Once on our way, I found that my seatbelt didn't work. The driver told me that we would have to wait until we could pull over after the toll booth--about 10 minutes. She could not fix the belt and commented that these vans are old but we're getting new ones. I had to sit in the middle seat between two other passengers while the row in front had one person. Fine, but what if the van had been full? In addition, the AC turned off and the heat came on continuously. The driver fiddled with it the whole trip. Dangerous. NOW FOR THE BEST PART. OUR DRIVER FELL ASLEEP. Approximately 15 minutes into the return trip, I saw the driver's head flop down and his chin hit his chest. I screamed (and scared the other passengers to death), but he woke up. When I said "you fell asleep", he denied it. My husband, who is a good talker, moved to the seat behind Sleepy, and talked to him for a solid hour. Another passenger offered him apple slices which he gladly accepted...it helps to eat to stay awake. When I called Giorgio's to report the experiences, I asked for the owner or manager. Very rudely, I was told that he (whoever he was) could answer any questions because this is a family owned business....but he would not say if he was a member of the family. He excused the van issues by saying the problems were reported and assured me that his mechanic is on duty 24/7. As for Sleepy, he said, "Anyone could fall asleep on that (boring) highway, but we will see that he gets a physical." Seven people could have been killed--before he got the physical. He chided me for not calling him. He said he would have called the driver to pull over and they would have sent another driver. Did he not realize that all of the passengers had planes or trains to catch?? Many excuses. No apologies. No offer of reimbursement. No concern that we will never use Giorgio's again. I urge you to do the same. He may have been Sleepy but we're not Dopey..... read more

If negative stars were possible I would leave that. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. The day before the wedding they claimed they didn't have any reservations for my sisters wedding, even though a deposit was put down 2 months before. So that caused unnecessary stress for the bride and groom. The day of the wedding the limo driver was an hour late to pick up the girls for the ceremony. So we arrived 20 minutes after church was set to begin. The music didn't work on the limo. The driver had no idea where any of the places for pictures were (even though they were given an itinerary ahead of time) so we had to give him directions at all times. **The cherry on top of this gem, was the driver felt we were celebrating too loudly/ wildly so he literally slammed on his brakes from 50 mph to a complete stop in the middle of Transit Rd to flip out on the wedding party which included a 10-year old flower girl. 4 people went flying and all collided into the front of the bus, one groomsmen slammed his head on the ceiling and the driver was threatening to make us walk to the reception. The company refused to waive any charges. So if you have a special event DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They should be ashamed of themselves, causing stress to people on such important life occasions. read more

I traveled to buffalo and arriving late at night was having a problem finding a shuttle so I called a different car service in the area and they recommended Giorgio as they would charge me less???? Who does that??? But I bit and called. They quoted me only $10 more than the Local taxi service quoted me and James was there waiting, collected my bags, had water waiting for me and got me to my destination smoothly and quickly. Surprisingly in my experiences this is not the norm and I rarely provide reviews but apparently late night transport is hard to comeby in buffalo unless ur going to niagra so I would recommend Giorgio even though they are not listed on the buffalo airport transportation list read more

We just spent the weekend in Mayville New York for the Harvest Wine Festival. Doug was our limousine driver. He did an amazing job and was so accommodating to all of my sisters and mother. We very much appreciated that he was on right on time. The limo was very clean and stocked w/glasses, ice and napkins. Doug had a wonderful tolerance of how noisy 6 women-whohave-not-seen-each-other in a year can be.His level of interaction was a respecful lprofessionalism balanced with wit and great sense of humor. My family and I booked Giorgio's for round trip transportation between Rochester and Toronto airport. Our bus broke down 20 minutes into our trip to Toronto causing us to wait on the side of the road for an our for a replacement bus. While waiting, the bus driver would not turn the bus on and run the air conditioning because he wanted to cool the engine for the mechanic. So 17 of us waited on the side of the road, against the bus in the shade. Keep in mind it was July 31 and over 85F. After an hour the second bus did arrive. Upon our return, we had to stop along the way for fuel because the engine couldn't pull from the second tank and the first tank was empty. Another breakdown. It was midnight and we had been traveling nearly 23 hours from Sicily. This added about 45 minutes to our trip while he tried to find an open gas station. We called and asked for compensation for our inconveniences and it was flatly denied. There's a reason why they make you pay IN FULL before departing. There is no way I would recommend this service. I was so disappointed w/ this limo service. They made a mistake online w/ a price. I called prior to confirm the dates available and was given 3 dates, plus the woman agreed that the price was the same online for 6 or 8 hours. I conferred w my group of 30 people and we chose a date. I called less than a week later to reserve it and they said the price was $200 more, yet the price was still online wrong. So, Because I did not put a deposit down, they would not honor me that price. They did counter w/ another price, but not the one online. I just feel if a business makes a mistake like that they should honor what was wrongly published. I understand people make mistakes but they were not even aware of it until I called. This limo company is the WORST limo company. On our wedding day the limo bus died leaving the ceremony, on our way to take pictures. We were left on the side of the road for our friends to come pick us up in 90 degree heat. They only wanted to reimburse us for the time that the bus was broken down and not for the hour and a half that we missed of our reception! Not to mention, the customer service was horrendous! Paid for this service on Saturday because of my wedding, the limo picked the guys up brought them to their picture spot but as they got on the 33 they had to pull over because it wouldn't switch gears then they went to get out and the door wouldn't open it was a 8-9 seater but all the guys were smooched on it and their were only 5 none were that big either, then limo got girls and the door still wouldn't open it kept a getting jammed every time so after pictures I had driver drop us off and call it a day I will be complaining to get my money back or some because it was redclious what I paid for it and nothing was right, limo driver was good but the limo sucked so my complaint will be getting to the manager of the place! read more

I wish it was possible to leave no stars. THEY WERE TERRIBLE. SAYING THAT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. Let me begin with the day before the wedding - my husband called to confirm time and pick-up location and the person he spoke to at Giorgio's office was a complete jerk on the phone - saying they didn't have a confirmation from us (which was bullshit because I have a copy of the confirmation we had mailed back after I sent in the deposit, and a copy of the email I had sent them in August outlining the date, times, and pick-up and drop-off locations). So the day before the wedding he had to run out and submit full payment otherwise they weren't going to do it. So already we were not too happy with them. Next comes the day of the wedding. Our ceremony was supposed to start at 3 and the limo was supposed to pick us up around 230. We arrived to the church almost 20 minutes after the ceremony as set to begin. My mom had called to ask where the hell the driver was around 2:50 and the office told her it was the groom and the groomsmen fault b/c they were dilly-dallying. Which was untrue, the groom had already gave us the heads up the driver was rude, and the AC on the bus was broken, as was the radio. I was stressed beyond belief as it was and that just about had me at anxiety attack. We made it to the ceremony about 20 minutes late, but everything there was so beautiful and perfect we decided to let it go and just be happy. BUT THE TERRIBLE RUDE SERVICE FROM GIORGIO'S DID NOT END THERE. After we had pictures taken we had a little time to kill and drive around in the limo before we had to be back at Salvatore's. Of course we were celebrating and partying (there was no policy we couldn't have drinks on the bus) and one of the groomsman's beers exploded- granted we recognized that was extremely unsafe and completely stupid of him but we didn't even have time to react because this asshole driver SLAMMED on the breaks going down Transit Road. EVERYONE flew forward, drinks were spilled everywhere, including my dress all over the train, all my bridesmaid's were soaked, one of our groomsmen hit his head on a piece of the counter, and not to mention the our 10 year old niece was on the bus. The driver started screaming at us and was threatening to make us get out and walk from where we were. I was beyond livid and everyone was freaking out. We ended up having to tip him just to get us to Salvatore's, upon which once he dropped us off there was a screaming match between him and the groomsmen. It was a nightmare and needless to say it was the worst way to start the reception. Everyone was upset and it really took away from my wedding day. read more

I booked this company for my wedding on September 16, 2017. When I originally booked the limo I paid completely in full for this services, I not only booked our wedding limo but also a shuttle which was used to shuttle people from our venue to the hotel in which people stayed at. Being the Bride I wasn't made known of these issues until the morning after. Here's the run down of what happened, they were late to pick up my husband from our house to take him to the church, he was rude to the groom and didn't offer any help with loading the limo with items that needed to be on there. Once he dropped off the groom and groomsmen at the church his next stop was to come to get me and my bridesmaids. He once again took his time of getting out of the limo, he never introduced himself to anyone, but took it upon himself to walk into my parents house and go and use our bathroom. No one knew who this man was. Didn't know his name just said he was with the Giorgios. As he left the bathroom, he then proceeded to walk in front of my photographers which were attempting to capture my father's first look at his daughter who he was about to give away !! Didn't say sorry, didnt stop just kept walking. Next as my bridesmaids were trying to get the things we needed on the limo , such as snacks and 1 cooler our purses, flowers, vases for the flowers on he again never offered any help with anything. Next we are finally on our way to the church, our driver decides to take transit road with all the construction knowing he was already behind on the schedule that's the route he decided to t). We have tried to call them and they will never get back you. My dad has tried to call multiple times and he keeps getting the go around. We had a wine tour planned for my birthday with 20 of our friends booked with another company (M** Transportation) An hour before our guests were to arrive M** Transportation called and said they didn't have a limo for us. (which was all paid in full) My husband called a friend who knew someone from Giorgio's and they actually sent us a limo bus and a limo car because they didn't have a limo bus available for 22 people. I hired Giorgio's for part of my sister's bachelorette this past Saturday. The 8-passenger limo bus fit our needs - only downside was not being able to play our own music (I thought they said we would be able to use Bluetooth). Other than that, for the price I thought they were great - driver Ed was very nice and accommodating and everyone had a great time.
