I like this location more than the other location just because of the fact that the layout is better and it doesn't feel as cluttered. The first thing I noticed walking into the facility was that it was humid and hot inside. If you do plan on coming here, bring plenty of cold water. Or if you're part of a party, ask the party host for plenty of pitchers of water. That brings me to my next point, our party host Randy was one of the most respectful and professional people I have ever met, especially of someone his age. He was extremely attentive to the party and honestly gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing that everything would be taken care of. Because the room was so hot, he was able to bring a couple of fans in to help cool us down. He was able to handle everything with ease and carried a level of maturity and professionalism that I would expect from someone working in a much more demanding or upscale environment than a trampoline park. He consistently checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed including refills and plates, and was always willing to help without making us feel rushed or that we were bothering him. If I'm being completely honest, Randy has the kind of skills that could take him much further, and I genuinely hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Employees like him can make a huge difference in someone's experience. As for my kids, they had an absolute blast! They spent a good amount of time on the super trampolines and in laser tag. One complaint I do have is that it seems a bit unnecessary to have the kids line up in separate teams, only for everyone to end up going into the same room once the doors open. It felt like an extra step that didn't really serve much of a purpose. Overall, we had a really good experience. My biggest complaints would be the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the A/C. The bathrooms could definitely use more frequent attention, especially during busy hours. I think hiring more staff to regularly check and clean the bathrooms would make a noticeable difference. The A/C could also use a lot attention. As the day went on, the room started to feel more and more like a sauna. Will definitely be coming back, and I look forward to having another chat with Randy!
