My kids are huge Spy Ninjas fans, and we've been to every indoor play place in Vegas. The climbing wall and ropes course are what set this place apart. They're something different, and for us, they make the higher admission price worth it. The biggest surprise has been the staff. Every time we come, the employees are genuinely engaged with the kids instead of just standing around. It makes such a difference and is honestly better than our experience at most other play places in town. Today, Adrian and Trent were awesome in the climbing area. They took the time to encourage my kids, help them out, and made sure they had fun. The staff on the ropes course has always been great too. We always leave feeling like the employees actually care, and that's a big reason we keep coming back. read more

I've been here a few times but this last time around wasn't as "fun" for a few reasons. The zip line is closed due to a recent accident and they're going through multiple inspections before reopening the attraction which is understandable - I'd rather the children be safe while having fun. However, the prices are still the same with the main attraction being out of service. I really appreciate all the new safety measures they are taking at all stations like the free fall station and rock climbing station - it is important and shows their level of care for their customers (outstanding!). Incognito Cafe: of course you get a bite to eat at the cafe when the kids get hungry in between playing and we ordered a few things off the menu such as the buffalo wings and tots, garlic Parmesan wings and sweet potato fries, chicken tenders and fries, cheese curds and a side of fries. The counter help was very pleasant however each dish came out one at a time at least 8-10mins apart and warm not hot. They forgot about the side order of fries and had to ask about them and that was the one thing our youngest was waiting for before she could go back in play "time was ticking as it's timed play". Everything tasted very good except the chicken tenders it was very bland and VERY rubbery 0/10. Overall this is a fun place but could use some better discounts for local families if they want consistent return customers. We bought our tickets on line and the wait to check in moves slow no matter what. Lots of fun happening while your here. You will have to sign a waiver . If you get hurt here it's all on you . I mention this because while we were here a little child, ten years old fell from the sky adventure zip line. As you wait in line the sky zip line is above you. Remember that things fail. We came out alright, but let's not question the fates. That little boy lived and was untouched by his injuries too! It was on the news too. But the safety checks that the company took after the accident and incident was remarkable. Let's get to our play. Can you jump on a trampoline? I sure can still! Come and weave and go down the dark tunnels. Be the spy that you were meant to be. There is a rock wall that you can climb up. It's truly fun ! Just beware . Then for the adults a lounge exists ! Get your video game on with all sorts of different platforms and games. It was a great experience. Dive, jump, run and play. Get all your wiggles out ! Just be a little kid again. Spy Ninja is such an amazing place -- it's truly a kid's ultimate jungle gym dream come to life. From zip lining to rock climbing to trampolines and tons of jumping obstacles, there's nonstop action and fun everywhere you look. It's honestly one of the most unique indoor activity spots we've been to. We celebrated my son's 8th birthday here, and he and all of his guests absolutely loved it. The kids were entertained the entire time and didn't want to leave. It made for such a fun and memorable birthday experience, and as a parent, that's exactly what you hope for when you plan a party venue. The atmosphere is energetic and exciting, and the service was great throughout our visit. Staff members were helpful and kept things organized even with how active and busy the place gets. My only critique is for children under eight years old. I do wish they had a larger dedicated area for younger kids since they can't go on all of the equipment without adult supervision or without an adult who also has a pass. Expanding that section would make it even better for families with mixed age groups. Other than that, we loved it and would definitely recommend Spy Ninja to anyone visiting or living in Las Vegas. I will give 5 stars to the facility, BUT 2 stars to the front reception lady staff. She is definitely not well-trained to work at the front. She doesn't provide any information or introduce any package to us. When our party keeps asking her what the procedure is that we have young kid and some adults will join the fun but some others will just keep an eye on the kid, she never told us parents need the wrist bands to get in and watch the kids. We had to run back and forth and in line again to get things settled. Tayler at the adventure area is amazingly professional and knowledgeable. We learned everything about this place including the multi package ($89 for 1.5 hours and one option at the adventure area: smash room, escape room, and virtual reality...) Definitely need a raise for him if he is not a supervisor yet. It's understaffed at the rock climbing section. Only one staff to assist and guide the ppl inside the ground on top of checking in and equipping ppl who want to get in, but Michael is very nice and friendly. He also sanitized every helmet. It's a fun place accommodating from kids to teens and adults. More extreme and exciting indoor activities for teens and adults including rock climbing area with different setups for challenges, zip line, adventure area, airy obstacles, and trampolines etc. The package (1 hour $25, 3 hours $40) does NOT include the socks. You are mandatory to pay for their socks to get in. They also have a cute little bar on the second floor and a cafe right by the entrance. The chicken wings are delicious and the staff, Dana (a gentleman) is very nice. The Retro bartender, Keoki, is amazingly friendly and attentive. He can make any drinks you want to your preference!! $4 beer and $7 well drink cocktails. Keoki makes delightful mango cocktail with bubble on top (sweet ninja). Love it. Zero starts here... 1) force you to buy thier own grip socks, my kids brought their own grip socks from another trampoline outfit in town. That wasnt good enough. The grip socks purchased are at best equal or less in quality then the ones we brought in. Sign at front register says "scan here" for the waiver it should say "scam here". 2) proceeded to enter the play area and the worker says that I need to purchase socks even though i wasnt planning on doing trampoline or anything. So delay with start time as had to go back in line and kids had a limited 1 hour play time which was spent getting socks a 2nd time. 3) small limited area for kids to play. read more

Despite driving by multiple times a week and living within walking distance I "discovered" this place via a Pinball Map app on my phone that shows the location of pinball machines in the area. Spy Ninjas HQ popped up and had 3 newer model Stern machines listed (Venom pro, Stranger Things premium and X-Men premium) so I walked across the street and down the block to investigate. Place is like a massive kids adventure play ground combined with newer arcade games and VR / escape room experiences. I'm a fully grown middle aged man so I felt a bit creepy walking in alone around 10pm on a Saturday night but they have a full bar and "retro" arcade on the second floor and that was my destination. My time downstairs in the kids area was minimal so can't comment on what it was all about but it looked like the kinda place I dreamt about as a pre teen and would have LOVED to go to. I trained here when it was formerly City Gym around '18. They did a great job with the build out of the space. 2nd Floor had some kids stuff too but it was mostly 20 or so late 80s/early 90s arcade classics, a couple of modern arcade dart games, the 3 pinball machines and there might have been a air hockey machine too but I'm not sure. A separate enclosed bar room and a large seating area overlooking the scene down below. Several families and a couple of random kids checking out the games and darts so I guess that area might be all ages or nobody cares enough to enforce rules. Bar area was strictly 21+ though. A modern "retro" vibe with lots of neon signs and 80's vibe furniture. Gave the place a Miami Vice vibe which was cool with me. 5 or 6 beers on tap and a decent looking cocktail list. Bar was pretty dead and only a couple people in it undoubtedly catching a buzz while their unsupervised kids were going HAM downstairs. Nice friendly bartender. sports on the TV and Erasure playing in the background. I had a Pacifico on tap, ordered another for the road and went to hit up the pinball. Guess it's ok to walk around with a beer or cocktail on the 2nd floor while you play games. The video games are all on a card redemption system. You have to pay for credits on the card to play the games. Least amount you can put on the card is $10. Video games were 2 credits/50 cents each which is 2x more than they should be. pinball is 8 credits / $2 a game so their pricing model sucks but it looks like you can buy an unlimited "retro game" pass for $10 at the desk downstairs so I'd recommend that pass vs. putting $$ on the card. I didn't figure that out till after I put $10 on the card but next time I'm looking to kill an hour or two over some beers and pinball I'd go that route. Pleasantly surprised that all 3 Pins were working smoothly w/o issue and that they were hooked up to Stern's Insider Connect platform (don't ask...other pinball nerds will be happy to hear that and nobody else cares) on the night I was there. beers were $11.09 each or something like close to that for a 16oz pour. Eh...not cheap but far from the normal tourist / rip off prices you'd pay if this place was 5 miles closer to the strip. Actually thoroughly enjoyed myself. Played pinball for an hour or so then walked home as they close at midnight Fri/sat. Had a good enough time that I went back the next night to use the rest of my credits I had left on the card. Unfortunately the stranger things pinball was not working correctly and needed to be serviced. X-Men had a ball stuck on a ramp and the game was frozen and the card reader didn't work on Venom so I played some Donkey Kong and dipped!! read more

What a fun place to take your children! They're one of the venues that are part of the Get Out pass so we were able to enjoy the facility. The staff was really nice and the venue was clean. I honestly didn't expect to enjoy this place as much as I did. Kid-centric attractions are usually not my thing. They're often loud and kind of grimy. Spy Ninjas HQ completely surprised me. The space was clean, well organized, and genuinely fun, even as adults. There's a lot to do: arcade games I have not seen anywhere else, trampolines, a ropes course, a zip line, tunnels, slides, rock climbing, VR, darts, and more. We originally planned to stay briefly and ended up spending a few hours without realizing how much time had passed. The food also deserves a mention. We ordered Carne Asada fries and Wisconsin cheese curds and were pleasantly surprised. Everything came out hot, fresh, and actually tasty. Not typical attraction food. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Cam B was absolutely delightful and kind from the start. She took the time to show us around, explain the different passes, and share background and details about the space. This made the experience feel welcoming instead of overwhelming. The rest of the team was just as friendly and helpful throughout the day. I hope Cam B receives recognition, because she truly made our visit top notch. If you are on the fence because you think this is just for kids, I get it. That was me. But it truly suits all ages. It's a great off-Strip spot and absolutely worth checking out. read more

Obstacle Courses, Trampolines, Dodge Ball, Escape Rooms, Fruit Destroying Rooms, Waiting Areas, Cafe, Bar, Arcade, Toddlers area literally everything you could think of. I paid $60 for an hour for two. It was such an amazing time. Despite being a children's park I enjoyed it with my little brother as an adult. We had so much fun and the shinning stars tarriyah and sam made our experience wonderful. Sam took his time to explain the pass purchase options and Tarriyah personalized our experience by sticking with me and my little brother on the wall climbing section. I definitely would love to come back! There is truly no end of enjoyment to the ninja pass. On the flip, the restrooms could've used a little more attention. I didn't particularly enjoy Jess and Rodie complaining the whole time they were zipping us up about other customers and how tired they were. There's a time and place for things to be spoken about. Came here based on the reviews; however, it isn't very accurate. The place is dirty, smelly, and employees don't feel like working. Took my 3 kids there for 90' of fun but we had to keep it short because in the dodgeball court, there were quite a few Oder kids playing extremely rough. My kids got attacked and the employees saw it but did nothing. When my kids asked them to be less aggressive, the kids started cursing and throw the ball on my daughter's face. My kids kept playing walk away asking the employee to help out and the employee said ok will warn them. That's all. Wow How can these people be so miserable at their job? Super friendly, professional, and just one of those people who make you feel comfortable right away. He really knew his stuff and took the time to answer my questions without rushing me. It's rare these days to find customer service that feels genuine, but CJ went above and beyond. Afterwards, I headed over to the Incognito Cafe nearby. Honestly, what a hidden gem. The atmosphere is super relaxed-cozy but not cramped-and the staff was just as welcoming as the vibe. Kayla brought our food out to the table with a big smile and great service, which made the whole experience even better. The food was fresh and reasonably priced for the quality. I went on a Sunday afternoon for my son's birthday to see if we want to book a party in the future. It is a pricy facility BUT the area was so clean. The employees were friendly and always around. I enjoyed the Incognito Cafe the food was well portioned. My 12 yr old and 10 yr old had a blast. Not giving 5 stars due to the price in credits for the gaming area. 12 credits per game is steep. We went here for the first time to celebrate my son's 7th birthday. From the time we entered the staff was extremely helpful and so nice. You have to sign a waiver before you pay. It's around $40.00 per person for a 3 hour play time which includes the trampolines, ninja tag, rock climb walls, zip-line, a trust fall (about 20ft up and you fall backwards and land on your back on a soft air bag thing stunt doubles work) and obstacle courses. The arcade is available to use without having to pay the attractions experience. When you go upstairs they offer a bar (21+ only with valid id) and retro games. The other experiences are up there that are separate from the 40.00 package. These experience are fruit ninja (rage cage experience), escape rooms, Vr games and axe or ninja star throwing. Prices on those experiences vary but start roughly around 30-40 each. Also there are some age restrictions on these if you have younger kids an adult has to accompany on some of the add on adventures. There is a place to order food and I got a wonderful suggestion from the security guard working that night he said to get either hot honey chicken or sweet potato carne asada fries. I went with the fries and lemme tell you even though the price was a little expensive ($22.00). The food was so good and even my son who's a picky eater indulged and ate to his hearts content. The arcade games are a little pricey each one take on average about 8 credits or more and others like the VR game and giant grab claw games are about 22-24 credits they use an app called Tigapo to load the cards or credits on your phone but you can download the app and scan the barcode to create an account there which will give you 23 credits to start and you can load the card straight from your phone. There is also an area for the younger kids to play that is under 8 yrs of age. Overall 10/10 experience. We will definitely be back read more

We didn't book a party room and I purchased Multipasses for the teens in advance. The value for money here is amazing. At the day of the party, we had our party host Chelsea take care of everything our package came with. We got the ICON Package just so kids can just enjoy all day.
