There has been plenty of equipment during the time of day I've been there. Had an exceptional complementary assessment session with Azure. It was really great working with a trainer who not only listened to me, but understood the health obstacles I've had. I immediately felt comfortable talking with her about my goals and how I want to reach them. I've had experiences with trainers in the past who use a "one size fits all" approach, and that just doesn't work. Azure, in just one session, showed me that she understands every body is different, and not every one has the same goals they want to achieve.

I called as soon as I realized I had forgotten it. They told me they found it and that it would be at the front desk. I went today, and they were rude and not helpful at all, saying they didn't know anything about my lost bottle. I told them that the AirTag was showing that it was there--the location had just updated--but they still refused to tell me what happened to it. I asked the cleaning lady if she had found it, and she told me that she had indeed taken it to the front desk yesterday. But the not‑very‑friendly staff didn't give a sh*t about it. I was determined to find my bottle, so I walked around the gym looking for the AirTag signal. Long story short, AirTags can be located anywhere, so I found out that it was in the trash. I asked the cleaning lady (really great person) to help me with some gloves to get it. Even bigger surprise: I only found the AirTag, meaning it had been removed from the bottle. So, they stole my water bottle from the front desk and removed the AirTag so I couldn't figure out where it was. This is not about the bottle--it's about how easily the staff lies and how little trust you can have in this establishment. I can buy another bottle, sure, but I felt confident when they told me they had it, and from one minute to another, it was gone. This is about lack of honesty and customer service, so don't forget anything.

The women's locker room has a sauna, showers & changing area. They converted the basketball court to the CrossFit area. In it are rowing machines, squat racks, sleds, ropes, weighted balls & plyo boxes. And whoever is lucky to get at the box first, can plug in their phone to blast their tunes in the speakers.

Today was my first visit so I'll be sure to update if I learn anything new. But I'll say it's nice to have access to this pool on base. It's only open 6am-6pm Monday-Friday. It was pretty empty inside today so I was able to enjoy a space of three lanes all to myself. There are fitness supplies like floaties, weights, etc available and you can just grab one. The pool was clean as was the area around it. There was a lifeguard on duty. It's definitely for fitness-- not for bringing kids to crash around. There are a few plastic chairs around the room perimeter. Nothing fancy. Again, it's not a leisure pool- it's a fitness pool. :)
