It took several phone calls before the owner finally came out to see the issues in person. He agreed that adjustments were needed and said his team would return to fix the problem. Unfortunately, scheduling the adjustment was just as frustrating. After three separate calls to set an appointment, the office finally confirmed a date. On the day of the appointment, the team simply never showed up. No phone call, no explanation, no follow‑up. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Xact Countertop Company. It's also concerning that Costco contracts with this company, given the lack of professionalism and accountability I encountered.

I was worried that the granite countertop would have to be removed but he jacked it up to secure it and no cracks. Then we had another bathroom vanity that had termite damage. We had some other cabinet companies look at repairing but they all said the marble counter top would have to be removed. I doubt they could be removed without cracking. He came over and looked at the damage. No problem, supported the countertop with jacks. Measured the cabinets, went to his shop and rebuilt the cabinets. He came out a week later and reinstalled. Everything turned out perfect and no evidence that 2 of the cabinets were replacements. Thankfully we were able to reuse the drawers. He even fixed scratch marks on our dining room wood door! He is very professional, precise with his work. We have other projects for him and won't consider using anyone else. Hats off to Israel and Julie for a job well done. 11/21/25 AG2 installation day!…read more Background We began consulting with C&S Home Solutions Remodeling September 2025 about our goals for updating our Kitchen, laundry and Bathrooms. The kitchen was a complete remodel eliminating an arched wall extending the kitchen to increase counter and cabinets linear feet. It also incorporated a breakfast bar. Two bathrooms were being remodeled. To accomplish our design continuity we visited Arista Stone to look for slaps for our design. Once we selected our slaps C&S Home Solutions remodeling enlisted the talents of small women owned business Brenda Rodriguez of AG2 Design LLC. Brenda personally visited our home and took all the measurements the day after our cabinetry was installed. She developed the template(s) for all countertops in the rooms. Her expertise quickly shifted to maximizing the use of the slabs minimizing waste and assuring we had enough slab from the same slab lot. Installation day came five days later after the rough bulk slabs were cut and polished. The craftsmanship of the beveled edges and smooth radius corners was amazing. Brenda's team began the installation by custom building the slab to countertop beds to support the heavy countertops. As each countertop was installed the Kitchen quickly transformed from design concept to a beautiful sculptured smooth line modern contemporary kitchen. Brenda also added a slab notch cut to tastefully incorporate a stub wall leading to our laundry room. Maybe a little detail to some but this extra touch of class showcases the talents and personal touches she delivers to her customers. Brenda arrived at the time of installation to personally see everything went smoothly and that we were satisfied. I can't say enough about Brenda and her company AG2 Design! Cost 5/5 There are many big fabricators out there, most chasing large commercial cookie cutter jobs but no one can match the turnaround time, customization and value of AG2 Design. The shelf needed some custom trim work done to match the wood stain and overall design. I asked for a "built in" look for the bookshelf given its large size, so it feels like a main feature in the room. From start to finish, Eric exceeded my expectations for the project. He was a pleasure to work with, very responsive to my requests, and fairly priced for the work he did. The fact that he has a design background in addition to carpentry skills set him apart from other woodworkers and "handymen" in the area. (I hate to even throw that handyman term out in relation to Eric because he is truly an artist!!!) The bookshelf repair and custom trim project took a couple of weeks total to complete as he squeezed me into his schedule between larger jobs, but the work turned out perfectly and was totally worth the wait! Eric did some of the work on site at my home (measuring and cutting), but completed other aspects at his own workshop (staining and fine details), before returning to do the final install. We initially had hoped to do refacing to improve the overall aesthetic of our kitchen, but we were so excited to discover some of the additional options that were offered that solved functional problems that had always bothered us! When we reached out to Better Than New, we didn't even realize how much they could do besides just refacing. We replaced all of our old, hard-to-open drawers with beautiful, easy to open, soft-close drawers. We added a pull-out drawer for trash and recycling bins. We replaced sagging shelves in our cabinets. And we replaced the shelves in our deep pantry with drawers, making the space SO much more usable and accessible for our tall family. So not only is the kitchen beautiful, but it's so much more functional. There were zero hidden fees. The work was absolutely immaculate. The team was incredibly professional. And the work was done as scheduled and on time - the entire project only took 2.5 days!! I didn't receive estimates from other companies, so I don't know how the price would have compared. Zona Floors recently out Plank Tile in my house about 1200 sq feet. First met with Tom for estimate who took all the measurements, offered assistance when looking at grout colors, baseboards and was able to get the tile I had my heart set on. When tile installer, Miguel I believe - I'm bad at names started prepping our floors which was amazing and he did it with such care as it was his own house. Had a discussion on the grout size as what I wanted would not really work well and he showed me what would be better. I agreed. He starting the next day putting down the time and through out the process answered all my 100 questions I had. He was very. Informative and nice. Left the house clean. Zona Floors is great value for the price. I found that we had a charge in my estimate that was not needed and they refunded me the cost for it. Zona has been amazing to work with. Audrey came out and quoted the replacement of flooring in our entire home. She helped us pick out colors and material then gave us fair prices for different options. We ended up hiring Zona to do all of our floors, trim and door casings throughout the house. They did an outstanding job on every area of the project. The crews that performed the work were incredibly detailed and clean. They took their time to ensure all the work was perfect and we couldn't be happier. We were so pleased with everything that we are going to have Audrey and the Zona team do our entire kitchen remodel. We just replaced our floors with Zona Floors and we could not be happier. We wanted to use a local company and quickly came across their webpage as they are very close to our place. We felt so comfortable with them that we did not even look for another quote as their price also seemed extremely reasonable. Everything from the visit/quoting process with Tom, to the installation with Pablo, Abraham & co was great. We went for the higher-end line of LVP of Lions Floors (the brand they carry) and we are very happy with our pick of wider and longer planks. They look incredible! We had an issue with our washer front being scratched after moving it while they were working, and they found a replacement door for it in less than 24 hours. We decided to use Zona Floors to install four rooms of wood laminate flooring because they are a small, family owned business. We made the right choice. From the start, everyone was helpful and professional. Jacob came to our house, did the measuring, quickly emailed us an estimate and told us what to order. He picked up the material from the supplier and held it in their showroom until the installation. He was responsive and capably answered all our questions. Zona floors is a great company to work with. They came out immediately to give us a quote, very reasonable rates. We did have 3 other quotes, so we knew they were all in line with each other. The flooring was quoted for 1 week's worth of work and they followed through and our tile was done in 1 week with an excellent tile crew which we included to have new trim installed, Raphael was awesome to work with. Total job was for 2400 sq ft. We love our tile floors. Both my husband and I would recommend them to anyone. I would strongly recommend if they tell you how much it will be to take out your old flooring, let them do it. On the day the project was to start, the contractors arrived in time and were ready to work. They were absolute professionals in every way. The installer were professional and did every thing to ensure a smooth installation. The installation was completed in record time with no delays and they did a beautiful job. I called this evening the number listed on your website 480-939-8173 I was hung on twice from TOM. I THEN then called from a blocked number TOM answered the phone and he explains he business phone transferred me over which is b/s. HE hung on me twice. I am also a Veteran. HE Mentioned he was one of the owners. which your webite has a different name. I asked him to call me on his number 480-9 39-0208. When he called I asked him to text me their installation rate per sq. foot. which I recorded It $ 2.40 a square foot. I texted him twice to ver the rate. NEVER received a reply back. I recently had my shower tiled by Rey and his wife from Zona Floors, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The walls they worked with were not the most level, yet they managed to install the tile so seamlessly that you'd never know. I trusted Rey to choose the tile layout, and his craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. The tiles are perfectly flat, with straight lines, and they left no mess behind. Zona Floors just finished the demo and installation of my new floors! I cannot be happier with the service and workmanship from the time I placed the first call until the project was completed. Tom and Abraham were available to answer any questions. Jose was on site and managed the installation team who did an absolutely amazing job. My demo was hardwood and travertine and they completed it and cleaned it up in 2 days. They exceeded my expectations starting with the quote. I got two additional bids, which were not even close and in fact, their quotes included more of what they don't do versus what they do . I highly recommend Zona Floors!!! I hired them to install some Pergo flooring that I purchased, and I couldn't be happier with the job they did!! Audrey came out for an estimate right away and was able to schedule me within a couple of days of contacting them, which I really appreciated because I was looking to have the floor done as soon as possible. The guys that came to install the flooring were on time and did such a great job. Their attention to detail was impeccable!! The floor looks absolutely perfect without any defects! Daniel arrived with samples and so much knowledge about flooring. He helped us choose a light shade wide plank vinyl flooring to replace our cheap dark flooring the man that flipped the house put in. The crew showed up on time, pulled up and disposed of the old flooring and installed the new flooring in one day. They cleaned up, vacuumed, reinstalled the molding and caulked all the molding so it looks perfect. All we need to do is a tiny bit of touch up paint in some places on the molding. Highly recommend Zona Floors. We had one other company come give us a quote which was a few thousand $s higher and had questionable reviews. read more

From the moment we got into contact with Tom we had a great experience. His team recently replaced the carpets in our home with LVP and we couldn't be happier. He came to our house to provide us with every different quote we asked for (we asked for multiple) and he even walked us through the different flooring options and what would work best for our situation/wants & needs. If I could post one hundred 5-star reviews for this company, I absolutely would! Our home renovation project took MUCH longer than expected, and required our flooring to be installed in sections. Tom was patient, responsive, and took the time to reach out to us to check on the status of our project. When it finally was time to finish the job, I contacted him Friday afternoon and our floor was complete by Monday! They removed a load-bearing wall, installed a structural beam, enclosed a doorway, and replaced the flooring throughout our entire home. Abel Alvarez and his crew were phenomenal. They took great care during demolition and cleanup, and their attention to detail with the beam installation and drywall repair was outstanding. Since our previous contractor had already purchased the flooring, Caesar and Jesus handled the installation. They did an excellent job, and the finished floors look fantastic. We also asked our Project Manager, Jason Rodriguez, if we could receive the baseboards before installation so we could paint them, and he happily accommodated our request. The project was estimated to take four weeks, and the team actually finished one day ahead of schedule. What impressed me most was their communication. Throughout the project, we always knew what work was scheduled, when the crew would be onsite, and if there were any changes. That level of professionalism made the entire experience stress-free.
