If you need to have services performed at this dental office get all out of pocket cost in writing prior to your appointment. I provided my insurance information ahead of time. I was told the office submitted pre-authorization for the services to be performed. I have very good dental insurance and the staff member told me I would have no out of pocket expenses. That all services would be paid at 100%. I have now received a bill for $250.00. I then called Zona Rosa Endodontics and asked for the billing department. The lady I spoke with was beyond rude. I went over what I was told prior to making the appointment in regards to charges. I was told there would be no out of pocket expense, that the amount covered by my insurance company would cover the cost of the procedure for my son. I asked for an itemized bill. She said I had one. I do not. The Doctor and other Staff I interacted with were nice people. The lady I spoke with today should never deal with patients. Will never use them again.
