Placed an order for a pizza online. When I arrived at the estimated time I had to wait an additional 30+ minutes for the pizza to be made while multiple staff in the back were yelling at each other over a complaint. One of the men called a woman a b*tch and continued to scream in her face. I don't think they started making the pizza until I showed up in person. Pizza was undercooked and looked sloppy. I ordered delivery pizza while I was at work. The ordering process was easy and the delivery time was accurate. The lady over the phone told me about 35 minutes. The actual pizza itself was mediocre. The dough was really chewy and soft. I prefer my pizza crust more firm/crispy. I also prefer a thinner crust. Immediately after eating the pizza, I was craving water. Like I needed water immediately. I guess that means it was too salty for me or it has MSG? Idk, but I do know that that was my first and last time ordering from Stoner's. We've ordered Zoner's several times before and have always been pleased with the food and the delivery. Tonight--not so much. Placed the order before 6 pm on a Sunday. It's now 7:25 and still no food. I called to check on it at the one hour mark and was put on hold then hung up on. This is definitely not the way to keep our business. If you are that busy, just say so. If my order got lost, just say so. Don't just hang up. Now I'm not sure if we'll order again in the future. Update: pizza finally arrived. It was not warm at all. Must have been really good when it first opened. I went last November (2018) and ordered wings. They were warmed up frozen wings and were inedible and rubbery. Hubby had chicken and waffles and couldn't eat it. Waffles were frozen eggo type waffles and chicken was rubbery like mine. We have never returned and never will. Surprised it is still open. Mediocre pizza, poor service. Maybe better for take-out? We arrived at Zoner's around 6 PM on a Saturday night with a large group (~10 people). The man at the counter greeted us and asked us to take a seat, encouraging us to push tables together if needed. We ordered 40 wings, 3 large pizzas, and garlic bread for our group. The man at the counter was very friendly and gave us his full attention, despite receiving almost constant phone calls for take-out orders. The wait for food was incredibly long--despite only having one other table in the restaurant. After waiting 30+ minutes, someone came out and told us that they actually ran out of wings unexpectedly and would only be able to serve us 10 wings (instead of the 40 we ordered). They also said we couldn't choose the flavors of those 10 wings because they were already made. (Had we known we could only have 10 wings, we may have chosen different flavors, or not ordered them at all). They asked if we wanted to order something else to make up for the cost discrepancy. We ordered a large Greek salad to share between the group. We somehow now owed them about $4 after buying the salad, so they asked us to come to the counter to take care of the $4 charge. (In my opinion, they should have waived this small cost, given the inconvenience of not having the wings we originally ordered, but we took care of the charge without complaining). About 15 minutes later, our pizza, wings, and garlic bread arrived. The garlic bread and wings were 10/10 and fantastic. The pizza was okay. The taste was good but the crust was very soggy and soft, which is not what I prefer when I get my pizza. Once we finished eating, our Greek salad arrived. It also had chicken which was unexpected. It was fine, the only issue was that no one wanted the salad at that point, since we already had finished eating the majority of our food. Finally, after the salad arrived, one person in our group put in an order for waffles as a dessert. The waffles took another 25 minutes to arrive. We asked several times where the waffles were and were told "they're in the oven right now." At that point, we'd waited so long for so much of our food, we came close to leaving without the waffles, but they finally arrived. I have worked in the service industry before and I understand that things like this happen, but as a restaurant it's your responsibility to notice when you do something wrong (especially when multiple things like this happen) and make it right. The restaurant did have a lot of take out orders coming in that night, but only had one other family eating inside the restaurant while we were there. Unfortunately, I likely won't be back to this place and will not be recommending it to others. read more

I am obsessed with their house salad! It is the best salad in Waycross. I also like their cheese breadsticks!

This restaurant recently opened and this was our first try at this restaurant chain. We wanted to take out so I ordered over the phone to a yawning but pleasant worker. Our order was ready at pick up time and the place seemed moderately busy after 7 o'clock on a Tuesday evening. We ordered a New York style pizza, a calzone, and the garlic bread sticks. I've definitely had better pizza, but also have had much worse out of many local franchise pizza places. The only complaints are that they were very sparse on their toppings, both on the pizza and in the calzone. And some of the breadsticks were almost burnt while others were perfect. I'm sure that we will try again in the future. read more

Upset bc I pay the price for good pizza and they delivered my pizza 30 minutes early. I put in a later order around 3:00 and wanted it at 5:30. They delivered the pizza at 5:00. Calzones are great! Customer service is something to be worked on( your managers) I have enjoyed Stoners since they opened and have ordered pretty regularly. Well tonight was a bit different. Made my delivery order as usual. An hour later, as I was getting ready to call the store the pizza delivery shows up. I mentioned the wait she explained to me they sent her to Blackshear 1st. So my pizza and calzone were barley warm. If I wanted to nuke pizza I wd have thrown a frozen one n the oven. I spent 42$ and wanted the Mgr to know I was a bit upset. After all, she sent my food all the way to another town and back. I'm less than 2 miles up the road. Not the drivers fault at all. I asked who the Mgr was on duty as she left. I called asked and spoke to Jennifer the Mgr on duty. I explained I spent a good bit of money tonight for pizza that was cold and that I wanted her to know I was a bit upset. Well Instead of aiming to please, she called me a liar. Told me that it wasn't true (that my pizza was not warm) and she found it hard to believe. Now I wd have been ok w an apology and maybe 1/2 off my next order. I never even mentioned a refund. I insisted that I would not argue w her as this is what she was doing. Told her to have a great night and thanked her for no help at all!! You lost a great customer!She preceded to not give a crap and laugh as she hung up the phone. ATTENTION OWNERS!!!
