I had work during the week and completely forgot to follow-up with them for a time to bring in the item to get embossed. I called on a Thursday, close to their closing time and asked to drop off the following day and pick up on Saturday. Unfortunately, I was told that they close on the weekends. However, the owner mentioned he could do it the next day, if I brought in the item. He conversed with me over text to show me the different typefaces they offer and made sure that the embossing set up was ready for when I came in. Submitting print orders is not a problem if you submit good art files and take the time to understand what is acceptable. They have met our tight deadlines when possible and will push to meet deadlines even when busy. For those who need good offset work (forms, ncr, and envelopes) this is your go to place.

I don't know about you, but when I pay for a service I expect the people I'm paying to do the work involved in the service not just half-ass it and then expect a pat on the back and a paycheck. I was connected right away to their executive assistant, Roberta and immediately set a time for that same day. I went and helped with the design Two sweatshirts embroidered in less than 30 minutes. I was in and out of there. It was about $60 (I can't remember how much) But it was a good price for me. I was pleased with the work! I forgot to take a picture of the sweaters but I the gift ended up being a hit! I recommend them! Note: this was for one embroidery on two sweaters. Then once that was finally approved I realized I'd over committed myself to making shirts my son and his cousin came up with for Father's Day and there was no way I could make them myself as Father's Day crept closer. So super last minute I called Roberta to see if she could do those too and figured while I was at it I might as well also have her make some shirts for my baby with my family's business logo on it. Pricing was very reasonable and she got all of my custom shirts to me within a week and they look fantastic. Can't wait to see how our school shirts come out!
