I got an employee and asked her to take a picture of the fish I was looking for because the manager wouldn't be there till 3:30 and I was told they could order it. She was very hesitant and said she wouldn't be there at 3:30. So I asked her to take the picture anyway and pass it along to whoever's taking over her shift. So then I ask her what time are you getting out and she tells me 5:30. So then I call it 3:30 and get a manager, who told me she let the other employee go early because it's so slow wonder why. I then ask the manager to look on the website so I could explain the fish that I was looking for, she says what website and I said the one that you have online on Google. 2 seconds later maybe five she says I have no idea where the picture is. These employees here are very unprofessional and I would not want them looking after my pets. They didn't seem to be very pet friendly or should I say person friendly. Very unsatisfied disappointed. I was texted and called when she was ready for pickup. Mia looks great. I normally give her a bath which is easy, BUT trimming her nails had become a very unpleasant experience for both of us. Dreaded it! It was well worth the cost to take her to Petsmart today. We will return! I bought a new collar and retractable leash for her today. The selection was excellent. Long story short he was reprimanded for selling plants that weren't yet in the display case (in front of me while I was checking out). That ruined the experience and made me feel I did something wrong. So I guess I never had a positive experience, I just witnessed someone going above and beyond being treated like trash.
