They came out and price gouged me nearly $1500 to replace the circulating pump (triple what it should've caused, even with an after hours charge according to a friend I have who is in the HVAC business himself). I think they jsut took advantage of the fact that I was out of town and that they could swindle my elderly parents who were there in person. A few minutes after giving verbal approval over the phone to start the work I realized how overpriced it was and changed my mind, but Kyle said it was too late, that I already approved and they would not stop the work. I am now having problems with the air they left in the lines and they will not return to fix it without charging me more, as it is outside of 30 days.
