I decided to opt for a locally-owned dry cleaner instead of Giant Eagle because I like supporting…read moresmall businesses. However, this will not be a business I support again. I dropped off pants and a suit jacket to be dry cleaned. The pants are fine but it doesn't look like the jacket was even touched. There was still dirt on the front that I had to clean off myself (and it was so simple to do). I don't know if they forgot to do the jacket or just missed all the spots but I won't be back there again.
