But once again, Yelp steered me right to MB Day Spa and to the lovely Gigi! Gigi was an absolute pleasure, so nice + warm. Made you feel like family. When I got there, the masseuse seemed surprised her business was even on Groupon. She asked how much I paid, then told me I needed an appointment. Me: "I know. That's why I'm here. For the appointment." Then came the next surprise. The Groupon was for a chair massage and reflexology, but she said she didn't even have a chair. For the chair massage she was advertising on Groupon?? Instead, both masseuses were just sitting there, totally available, and instead of honoring the Groupon they advertised, they wanted us to pay $160 out of pocket ($80 each). Apparently the Groupon was just there for decoration. Did I just get punked? Lady do you know much gas is?! So to recap: Bought Groupon Called and scheduled appointment Drove through thunderstorms and possible tornado weather Showed up on time Groupon honored Chair existed Massage received If you're not going to accept Groupon customers, don't advertise on Groupon. It'll save everyone time, gas money, and the joy of driving through severe weather just to be told the service you paid for is apparently imaginary.

It's located in a busy shopping strip (shops on the front and back side) and is easy to miss if you're not looking. It's upstairs in a small suite with two threading chairs. It was my first time doing anything like this so I didn't really know what to expect, but they explained everything before starting which made me feel comfortable. The lymphatic massage at the beginning was actually really relaxing. I didn't realize how much I would like that part. Then they did the scalp treatment and the room was really calm with soft lighting and music. I did the 90 minute bronze session. It included scalp steaming, washing, conditioning, and a really good head massage. They also did a little arm massage which I wasn't expecting. My scalp felt way cleaner after and my hair looked better too. I'd probably go back again.j

I booked a 60 min couples massage. The moment we walked in, we were hit with an unpleasant smell and stifling heat. To make matters worse, the staff member at the counter was unprofessional--greeting us while eating and digging in her mouth. When we saw the state of the massage room, which was so humid the floors felt "sweaty" and damp, we knew we couldn't stay. We were looking for a relaxing, clean environment, but this was the exact opposite. Save your time and money; we certainly won't be back.

In the end, I paid to have my eyebrows ruined and had to spend even more time and money to fix them. I do not recommend her at all - you'll only end up with problems instead of beautiful eyebrows!
