I went to pick up my dog . and these people were putting my dog in there car , it's a good thing I puled up when I did . he would have been gone . and went back in and told them this , and was ignored like nothing happened! please don't take your animals here . you might not have it when you go to pick it up ! if they mixed up your dog twice, and then play it off like it is no big deal. can you imagine how they treat your dog while they are in there . never wil recommend them to eny one period!

Once Jewel picked our Barkley up, she just gave me a sad look and said he'd probably have to be shaved down. I asked if she couldn't get the mats out and keep his coat at least a few inches long. She noted the mats were up against his flesh and while she could work on them, it would be very painful for our pup and he would be afraid to ever get groomed again. Jewel made a lot of sense. She wasn't taking the easy way out. Or looking to charge a ton of money to work out those mats. No. She was more concerned for the comfort of our puppy. And in the end, isn't that what we all want? We got our puppy back - Jewel did a great job keeping his face and tail with his beautiful coat and blended it to the rest of his body. We learned our lesson and grooming is now a daily routine so he'll never have to go through this again. And once Barkley's coat is back on track, routine grooming at Jewels is an absolute given.

I'm very particular about their cuts and when I picked them up, I mentioned a few things I wanted changed for "next time". They immediately adjusted the cuts (rounded out their faces and shortened the ears). They noticed an ear infection on one pup and were just incredibly good to my babies. When he picked up one and we were talking, I noticed how he was nuzzling my boy and loving on him. Both groomers take a sincere interest in your fur babies and really want to make you and them happy.
