Our training sessions with DJ were great for our puppy. But their website and instructions to take other classes aren't clear. The website and scheduling system get zero stars. The credits purchased for training do not transer to the pupply play group. I called several times since the morning, I text as is the message said and left a message via their automated chat bot on the website. It's been a full day and no response. Huge regrets choosing this place for my puppy, Once they get your card info, they will continue to charge even after the terms have been met. There is no way to remove your info from the website. The class themselves are inconsistently lead. Sometimes you get a calm professional, sometimes you get people literally reading from a manual about how to run the class. If there's a barking dog in the class, forget about hearing anything. Instructors will laugh at your dog if it falls of course during beginners agility which just insights more off course shenanigans. So you're paying to just stand there and be laughed at. I found myself leaving most classes with a "wtf" did we get from this feeling. I paid for the "full commitment" plan - which they no longer offer. I stopped attending for the last round of classes because they'd charge me a fee if I quit anyway. They continued to bill me the full commitment charges - after my commitment had been met - AND after a full round of unused credits. I have been emailing them for a refund of the last payment for several weeks. I keep getting responses my concern has been passed to a "manager" - ZERO response. Terrible service. Terrible training. I've been here twice with my reactive GSD for a private gym rental, which is 30 minutes for $35 and we request the agility equipment be set up for her. My partner and I do this for her every now and then to let her blow off steam since we're in an apartment and can't always take her to an empty park. When we've gone to this facility, it's always been clean and staff is super welcoming. I had a really great booking experience with Nanyamka today, especially. Really warm, welcoming and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we got our full time and I just felt like my dog was really cared for in her hands. Can't wait for our apartment again this week! read more

I am sad to write this but I agree with the other 1-star reviewers. I hope someone at the corporate office is reading these reviews and noticing that the Zoom Room's reputation is deteriorating. However, I don't think they will actually care, which is the problem. (Note the complete lack of response from them on Yelp.) I started coming to the ZR about 18 years ago when Jaime Van Wye was the owner and manager. What a great concept and wonderful facility! (Jaime Kimizuka, the last manager, was also first rate.) The classes are fun, no doubt about that, both for the dogs and for the owners. Some of the teachers are knowledgeable and experienced but they tend to move on to other jobs quickly. Other teachers are very young and have little to no experience; like another reviewer said, they're just reading from the playbook. I have nothing against the staff or even the current manager. Their 100% positive reinforcement treat-training system works well for some dogs, maybe not so well for others. I can also understand that they have to charge enough for classes to stay in business and that pushing packages also encourages commitment from clients and eventually success in dog training. However, if you are unhappy for any reason such as having a bad incident, the system not being a good fit, the classes being disappointing in general, etc., the company does not give two fucks. They won't even respond if you ask for a refund, but even worse, they make it difficult to cancel your automatic payment program. Very unethical company. Would be happy to join a class action lawsuit. Such a shame. read more

My dog and I went to our first class at ZR Culver City. It was a basic obedience group class and the trainer Omar was very clear, attentive, and professional. The facility is smaller than most, and there is a loud echo when people or dogs talk, so be patient and listen well. The work they do there speaks for itself. They are a positive reinforcement only, which IS GREAT, and the employees are friendly and patient with you, as you should be to them. Zoom Room's puppy training program has really gone downhill IMHO. The staff I met at Zoom Room are all very kind and try to be helpful. This review is solely about the actual training program. I brought my first puppy back in 2021 to Puppy Obedience which was a structured class working on the same 10 obedience goals every class (repetition helps, as we all know!), plus the occasional extra item that an individual trainer would throw in. We'd also do some small agility and confidence exercises, but the core of the class was working on these same 10 skills which you had to pass to move to the next level. These Obedience 1 and 2 classes were great basics for my puppy starting at 5 months old until he was around one year. Then we transitioned to WLAOTC classes which earned him his Canine Good Citizen, as well as two Tricks titles. I do think what he learned in Puppy Obedience helped give him a great start. When I adopted a new puppy this summer, I signed up for Zoom Room for the same strong start in obedience basics. To my dismay, Zoom Room has changed their entire program -- now, puppies are not allowed in Obedience until they're over 8 months old. They have to go to a special Puppy 4-8 month class which, with all due respect, has no repetition or structure and a lot of time is just talking. No continuity in what puppies are learning. When I spoke with the manager, she said she wasn't here before so she can't speak to the old structure but that puppies don't focus and that's why they can't be in Obedience until 8 months old. I had a high energy retriever puppy and he absolutely was able to learn and grow in Obedience class. I think Zoom Room is not giving puppies enough credit to be honest. If I didn't know any better, maybe I wouldn't be so disappointed. But yeah, it was much much better for puppy training four years ago. read more

This is a long overdue review! I have a shepsky mix that's just a year old who does well with obedience and I had wanted to find an agility training facility in my area to get him active and build the bond between us After attending the orientation, I was excited to bring my pups here! All three times I've worked with Shakinah and shes been very helpful and sweet unfortunately, due to my busy schedule, I've only been able to go to two obedience classes - which you have to graduate out of in order to start agility training - so it might be a while before my pup can graduate to agility so far, I enjoy the classes as does my pup although he isn't a fan of not being able to say hi or play with the other dogs lol he's just overly friendly LOL Although he already had some commands down before joining zoom room, I've learned some new obedience commands and other ways to teach him that I've taken with me in between classes and my pup loves the treat rewards system gives him a good mental work out which is need for his working breed as after classes he's a little sleepy bubz cant wait to get him through the graduation training to get him to agility read more

After a terrible experience with ZoomRoom, I do not recommend this facility for anyone based on their lack of professionalism, low quality service, and poor communication. I signed up for their Flex Training Membership (5 class credits and 2 months to use them) and took the Puppy Obedience 4-8 Month classes. While the first two classes were fine, we attended a poorly run, and frankly damaging, class on 4/1. There were two highly reactive dogs present in class engaging in behavior that went uncorrected and unmanaged - which then led to my puppy engaging in those behaviors after class. I spent several days correcting these new behaviors that she hadn't displayed prior to being exposed to them for the duration of class. On 4/8, I emailed the facility asking for a termination and refund of the unused credits if they were unable to ensure efficacy and safety within their puppy classes (why would I pay to have my dog learn inappropriate behavior?). I then received confusing text messages that essentially said they couldn't process a refund of unused credits because THEY had terminated the membership and now the system doesn't process refunds after that point?? I also asked if instead of a refund of my unused credits, could then instead go towards Private Gym time and was told no. A trainer called me on 4/9 explaining that the manager is out of town, and also said that the company is actually very bad at following up with customers, and suggested that I might have to call back again to get it addressed. I appreciate the honesty, and that's also so disappointing to hear. Today I get a call from (presumably) the manager, who did not seem to care about the quality of the class, was unwilling to let me use credits for anything other than the Puppy Obedience (why is it even called a "Flex" membership and advertised as flexible training on your schedule if it's not actually going to be flexible?), and frankly did not seem to care about safety of the classes either. There are countless wonderful trainers and facilities elsewhere. Please don't waste your time, money, & dog's safety by coming here - because at the end of the day, the management does not care about you or your pup. read more

So sketchy!! Filled out a form on the website. Received texts from them to call them - which I did - and they will literally not give you ANY info unless you go in for a meeting with them. Zero info. I asked a number of questions about class sizes, number of classes per session, packages, anything they could tell me. And the answer was sorry you can come in for an "orientation" if you want any info and "we will discuss package options". And you can't even bring your dog to the orientation - probably so they can keep you hostage while trying to get you to buy a package. So shady!! read more

My partner and I have been taking Zoom Room Classes since January for our mid sized dog. Please be warned that the facility unfortunately is extremely small for big dogs. The classes feel expensive for what they are and most of the time is spent waiting for your turn. The classes sometimes started 10 minutes late. They also were pretty pushy to purchase more packages. The straw that broke the camel's back is that when we brought our dog in for the last session they didn't even allow us to enter because our dog's vaccine was expiring that same day. However they had never communicated previously that this would bar us from being able to come to this session, thus wasting our time and money. When we asked if we could reschedule the session they said no. Save your time, money and dog's happiness. Go somewhere else. read more

I've trained two puppies at Zoom Room in recent years and experienced a wide breadth of their classes: Puppy Training, Puppy Play, Obedience 1, Obedience 2, Agility and private sessions. They have good trainers and bad ones. Unfortunately, you don't know which you're getting when you walk through the door. Meliss (who's moved on), Ben and Molly are excellent. Others clearly received a short crash course in training before being thrown into the fire. The latter group can be non-constructive, verging on damaging, to your dog's progress. That's not something to take lightly when your pup is in their most elastic learning phase. I'd advise clients to ask about their trainers' experience before enrolling in classes. Or better yet, Zoom Room could post short bios on their website (including certifications) like other dog training orgs. But the decline in management is the reason I've decided to move on. Recently, it's become disorganized and unethical. The personal touch has been lost since Meliss' departure. It took me four calls/visits to reach a team leader about a credits issue that, surprise surprise, was not resolved. It's a shame. This facility has so much promise. But if you're serious about building and sustaining progress with your dog, I'd look elsewhere. read more

Wow - best decision to take our 10 month- 1 year rescue dog to Zoom Room Culver City. She was jumping, biting and very eager to play constantly. She wanted so much attention, it was exhausting. We now have a schedule of training, play and rest. DJ, our trainer , has offered so much help. Our goal is agility training as she is part Husky, Australian cattle dog and German Shepherd plus 11 other minor breeds according to Wisdom DN A panel. My pups and I love this place! I got my doggies back in June and I was trying to train them at home but I was struggling. Not to mention they were barking at everyone and other pups on our walks. Our first class was good but not great bc our little Zac was so afraid he was barking at everything so DJ made a border around us to keep him focused. We did that for about 3 classes and by the 4th one Zac was able to attend class without the border! He gained so much confidence I left the class with so much joy and relief. He still has a lot of work to do. My little Roxy has been doing great in all her classes, she's always been social since she was a pup. We LOVE the Zoom Room, and so does our pup, Timber. He's the best good boy, and if you go there, your dog MIIIIIIGHT be awesome too. They'll never be as good as Timber, but, good none the less. We started him as a wee lil pup, and it was invaluable to have those puppy play groups for socialization, and to get him going right away with learning the standard skills any dog should have. While I wanted to say my experience with zoom room was great the cancellation process has soured my opinion of the franchise. I started training at the zoom room around ~April to make my dog a more confident dog. We started calm down classes and absolutely adored Milo's trainer Shakinah. Because of Shakinah we were there roughly every week and a half using our Flex Membership credits and every time I would go in I would spend money on additional treats and toys because I loved what Zoom Room had to offer. To put it in perspective, between the time I had started in mid April to attending my last class in June I spent $185 in toys and treats alone, which I was glad to do because of the care my dog received. During my time at zoom room, I visited a total of 8 classes and intentionally renewed my flex membership twice ($414 spent in 2 months) Everything was going well until end of May. At the end of May, I signed my dog up for an obedience class, my 6th out of 8 classes I attended. The thing I loved about Zoom room was there ability to vet when your dog could go to obedience class and my dog had been approved since his 2nd calm down class. Well, turns out the 6th class I attended for my dog was sloppily managed. I walked in not expecting my usual trainer Shakinah, because I was going at an unusual time for myself since I typically tried to go in on the weekends, and was greeted by a trainer that made it very clear he had not looked up notes with my dog and immediately assumed I had never been to zoom room before and this was my first class. If he would have looked at my file he would have known everything he needed to know including the reactivity of my dog like Shakinah remembered every single time I went. There were other dogs that were there that were disruptive and didn't seem like they were even trained. While the trainer afterward as the lesson progressed appeared to realize Milo had been trained, it was awful to feel like I had to explain my presence 6 classes in at our 3rd obedience class. For my own dog I decided I wouldn't go unless it was Shakinah going forward. After this particularly negative experience, I had two more lessons with Shakinah that went great. She really cared about learning about your dog and never judged. Literally a 10/10 trainer. Unfortunately Shakinah is no longer with Zoom Room. I left with two unused classes. On July 20th, after my last lesson all the way back in mid June, I was autocharged at 2:00 am for another flex membership and realized I forgot to cancel. I called Zoom Room at 9:00 am to cancel my membership going forward and see if I could get a refund for the auto charge since it had just happened. This is something you can easily do on any platform. I was told that the maanager would have to approve that and explained to the employee on the phone exactly what I wrote above. She said that manager would be in later that day and I would get a call back with an answer. The following day July 21st, I once again called this time at 9:30 am asking if the manager had approved. The employee seemed to be the same one from the day prior but I'm not entirely sure. She responded that the manager wasn't actually in yesterday but would be that day. On July 24th after more days of hearing nothing back I called yet again. This time a different employee answered and from all her questions it was very obvious no one had bothered to write my request down or email the manager or anything. Once again I was told the manager wasn't in. I then asked, "it's now been Saturday - Wednesday that your manager isn't here what's going on" to which I was told they are on a management retreat. I asked when they would be back and they said sometime next week. I appreciated this persons customer service, but did not appreciate being run around at this point. On August 6th, 17 days after my first call, I called Zoom Room again after weeks of radio silence. This was at 7 during operational hours. No one answered and I left a voicemail. On August 7th I received the text messages attached to this review confirming my membership had been cancelled which was interesting since I had requested for it to be cancelled 17 days ago. I'm assuming based on other reviews that they don't cancel until whatever happens with your refund to not make things difficult, but who knows. After 17 days, I was denied a refund on services I did not intend to use since I don't trust anyone else there with my dog ruining my experience with zoom room. Anyway all this to say, they'll take your money and only a few people actually care about your dog. There's no compassion there from the manager either. Loved Shakinah though she was great. Sucks too because based on the rate I was there as well as how much I spent in ~8 weeks seems like I would have been a good customer to keep around. I signed up for Orientation online and was there within 3 days. They recommended that our very active unfocused puppy have an evaluation to see if he would be a good fit for Obedience or Private training. Both Molly and Shakinah treated little Chikis with love and encouraged him. He caught on very quickly but mostly he responded so well to their voices and praise. We took our first class and he learned three new items. He also earned his first badge. My wife and I left very happy. We do believe the team at Zoom Room care about its clients and their humans. Adopted a five month old puppy from a rescue that turned out to be a labradoodle, so he will be a big dog. He is very smart and strong willed. Immediately, signed up for group classes. The trainers at the Zoom Room have been awesome! They have helped me through every puppy issue I'm having. The items they sell work very well. Charlie loves the classes. He runs to the door and can't wait to show off. In a very short time, he has learned so many things . Learning is fun and positive. I highly recommend the Zoom Room. I was a bit hesitant to come here given some of the lower rater reviews and the fact that my dog is extremely shy/doesn't do well around other dogs and tends to shut down a bit. I knew we likely wouldn't be able to jump right into group classes as she would likely shut down and be too scared to learn. We had an orientation with Ivan where I expressed my concerns and he suggested we start with an evaluation. Our eval was with DJ and she was great! She could see out dog was shy and needed some time to warm up. Usually in these evals, they bring out some scary distractions for the dog like a skateboard to test their temperament. We skipped this on the initial eval to ensure our pup got comfortable and she had fun exploring the space! We did 2 total private gyms. Next, we moved into a private training with Ivan and you could see she was already warming up to the space. She was able to focus and did well with the distractions enough so to move on to group classes. We decided to purchase the 3 month of group classes (for a total of up to 8 classes) and have done 2 group classes so far. Since our pup is still wary of other dogs, the trainers set up fences with blankets over them to block her view from other dogs. This allows her to stay focused and ease into the idea of being in a smaller space with other dogs. She'll catch glimpses of other dogs and will see them during the games at the end of classes and so far is handling it well! During the first group class, out pup wasn't able to focus on the game too much but today we went and she won 2 out of the 3 games and was able to maintain focus so it's clear these classes are working for her! The trainers have all been wonderful and very patient with our pup, my partner and myself. When we don't quite get a command correct, they will help you reset and ensure both you and your dog have clear direction. They've all been absolutely lovely and we can't wait to see the continued progress our puppy makes! read more

I enrolled my dog in an evaluation class and paid $25 to meet with the trainer and evaluate whether my dog would benefit from the classes. I was contacted prior to the evaluation and told that my dog would be fine and to bring her in for her first class. Prior to her first class they sold me the starter package for $300 that included 8 classes. At my dog's first class, she was excited but did well. The trainer recommended I bring her to the Calm Down classes but otherwise seemed supportive of the training plan. The three Calm Down classes were progressively worse for my dog. She was agitated and the exercises they tried running through did not help my dog calm down. At the 4th class, the trainer recommended I bring my dog in last and after her not being able to settle down, we were asked to leave the class after about 5 minutes. I talked with the trainer and came to the agreement that the classes were not working for my dog. The trainer was aware that I had originally booked an evaluation class but was told to not worry about that and begin training. I asked for half my money back for the class pack I purchased and the refund of the evaluation class that I never attended at their suggestion. The trainer refused to give any money back, and only offered for me to pay for additional classes in the hope that at some point in the future my dog might be worthy enough to attend the remaining classes I paid for. read more

I brought my (then) four month old puppy Chance for his initial evaluation on 9/13/2020 with Trainer/Owner Julie. He was invited to Puppy Training + (4-8 mo) and we purchased an 8 pack intro, and scheduled weekly Sunday classes. Chance really loves coming to Zoom Room Thousand Oaks and has learned so many great obedience skills: eyes on me, sit, down, stay, up-sit, stand, paws on, touch and heel. He's a very smart little guy (Cavalier mix) and eager to learn. During puppy training, he had opportunities to try some of the agility equipment, which he really seems to have fun with and excelled at including jump poles, A frame, dog walk and tire jump. He was given a certificate of competition of puppy training + on 11/08/2020 and invited to Agility 1 class. To date, he has participated in Agility 1 & 2 classes instructed by trainer Suzanne and loves becoming familiar with new equipment, including the tunnel and weave poles. I love working with dogs and have been training for years, but learned the value of clicker reward training with Julie . I so happy to have Zoom Room Thousand Oaks available for a fun, safe indoor facility for training, exercise and critical socialization for my puppy. read more

I freaking LOVE this place! I can't tell you how impressed I am with everyone who works there. Years ago, I used to take my silly Bailey girl to do agility in a private gym. She was the cutest, most funnest dog in all the land, and we became besties with all the employees that worked there because, of course, she was everyone's favorite dog. (Says her mom.) Over time, all our besties left and were replaced by people who were... not as warm and fuzzy. As a result, Bailey and I also left. Sadly, my beautiful baby girl is gone. I now have a pit bull puppy that I'm raising. And even though he's my 20th dog, he's my first puppy, and I'm terrified of making a mistake with him. Enter: Zoom Room Culver City From my first phone call to them to register for puppy classes, I could see the vibe I used to love so much had been restored. Lauren answered the phone, and was SO NICE! She took a ton of time with me, answered all my questions, and assured me that the team that now works there is all really friendly and great. More than that, it was obvious that she is totally passionate about what she does, which is something that is super hard to find. She even called me back when something else she thought I should know occurred to her. It was awesome! The first class I took was with Ivan, and I was super impressed. My puppy and I were definitely the "special" ones in that class, but no one made us feel bad about it. I really appreciated how uber structured it was AND how dedicated Ivan clearly is to training and teaching. My puppy was then scheduled to come back later that day for a puppy playgroup. He fooled all of us during his obedience class into thinking that he could handle something as terrifying as... other puppies. So when he responded in fear to the other, smaller, fluffier, non-bully breed puppies, the trainers immediately removed him and told me to come back for the next playgroup, which was designed for "shy" puppies. And this is the part that has impressed me the most about the Zoom Room and its employees: We came back to play with the small dogs, and my puppy was still terrified. (As we should all be. Puppies are terrifying.) So Melissa, who was in charge, very quickly engaged the other trainers to create a makeshift barrier across the entire room, with a gate in the middle, so that my puppy could watch the other puppies playing, while feeling safe because of the barrier. She allowed him to move at his - extremely slow - pace, opening the gate when she saw he felt braver, leaving it open when he would walk through it only to hurriedly walk backwards back to safety again, and making sure that none of the other puppies made him feel ambushed when he was fully on their side of the barrier. It sounds simple, but it wasn't. This puppy is going to weigh 80-100# when he's full-grown. He's going to be very powerful. And Melissa threw everything she had into ensuring that he had a positive experience with the other dogs so that he doesn't become dog reactive or aggressive, which is something I've been dealing with for over 28 years, and which has subsequently crippled my freedom for my entire adult life. She took his socialization SO seriously. It was like the rest of the world didn't exist, because she was completely focused on acclimating him, while the other two trainers (that's right; there were three trainers for three puppies) moderated the play that was going on. I'm in the animal community, and have been in the pit bull rescue community for many years, and have mostly used negative reinforcement when doing adult dog rehab over the years, so this was entirely new to me. I couldn't believe how impressed I was with how seriously everyone was taking this. I really thought a puppy playgroup was just dumping a bunch of puppies in a big area, and letting them run around. But I was so wrong! Rather, they have multiple trainers in middle of the group, moderating every move the puppies make, and teaching them how to interact properly. I wonder if they really get just how impactful what they're doing is. This isn't just fun time for burning off energy, but it's also setting these puppies up for success in the long run. I wish every dog had access to this kind of attention and education, because I'm sure we'd have a lot fewer dogs living outside because they're "too crazy" (as I hear so often from my clients), or winding up in shelters because they weren't properly socialized. I have been telling everyone I know about my experiences at the Zoom Room. Three of my employees even plan to enroll their own dogs now. I'm definitely evangelizing them to everyone with a dog that needs help. I would not recommend the Zoom Room @Culver City to any of my family or friends. I attended a puppy training class about a month ago and it did not go well. The trainer is not attentive and cannot well supervised the dogs. She had the dog play without a leash and one dog try to hump my tiny puppy. If I can give this a negative star I would. I am so disappointed after the puppy class. I also tried to reached them regarding my concern and only after 4 weeks someone got back to me in an email. I guess that goes to show how much they care about their clients. If you are looking for a safe and fun environment to train your puppy, this is not the place to do so. read more

We got a puppy! Hurray! ...now what. I have had numerous dogs in my life but now that I am over 60, I soon found out that it is not as easy to raise a puppy as I once thought, especially living in a condominium in the era of Covid. After a gazillion YouTube videos on dog training, I spoke to a dog trainer (not associated with Zoom Room) who said that the ideal way to train your dog is by using a variety of training methods and trainers. This is because dogs learn in context of surroundings, situations and people. I researched online classes..."Learn at your own time!", in-board "boot camp"..."Just leave your dog with us", one-on-one trainers... "How much? Plus drive time? Sticker Shock!", and group classes..."What?! Temporarily suspended due to Covid!". The amount of information was overwhelming. In the meantime, my puppy was becoming more and more rambunctious. When a neighbor suggested Zoom Room, I was pleased to find that group classes were available in a safe environment. I had a phone evaluation and all my questions were welcomed and thoroughly answered. I visited the Culver City location and it was clean and well stocked with lots of dog training aids, including toys, leashes, and great training treats. We started with Puppy classes which end each session with 10 minutes of agility training which my dog LOVED. They use the Clicker and Treat positive training technique. Here we are three months later working on Obedience 2 skills. We will also be trying Agility since my dog had so much fun. I am very grateful to the staff, especially Stevie, Ivan and Caitlin, who have helped me find the best approach for my dog to learn the skills she needs to be a better-behaved puppy. We have spent the most time with Stevie and she has been informative, patient and encouraging. Cons - Scheduling can be hard. Due to the pandemic, there are only six dogs & their handlers allowed. Thus, classes fill up quickly and they are not always at the most convenient time. Many people sign up in advance and then cancel, so it is not bad to be on a Waitlist. The benefit is smaller classes equal quieter and more focused sessions. Classes can feel repetitive but that is the nature of learning skills - Consistency and Persistence....Rinse and Repeat. Nevertheless, each time we go, my dog is more adept with the commands. Is it perfect?...no, but just like humans deciding to get into shape there are a variety of choices, some easier or more enjoyable than others. Many are simply hard to sustain. Zoom Room's group classes are the easiest for me. Having the accountability of regularly scheduling classes forces me to do my homework without it becoming too onerous for me or my dog. read more

My girlfriend and I just got our second pup. It is a 3-month-old French Bulldog. We have been looking for a socialization/training class that would perfectly fit our needs, and Zoom Room has exceeded our expectations. With our first Frenchie (now 5 yrs.) we lived in NY and didn't know what to do. We found some socialization classes that helped dogs to get used to seeing and playing with all types of other puppies and it was great. It was more of a free-for-all, just with a play area. Like a dog park for dogs who can't go out in the world yet because they don't have all vaccines. It was perfect for what we needed, and our dog grew up with a great social nature. But when we took our first two classes at Zoom Room it changed the way I thought about dog training. They go through some very important training exercises that we have brought home too, and it is really making the difference. They are giving my pup fundamental skills that my older dog is now also re-learning at home. They get to play with other dogs, but they also get the tools you will need in later development to be able to command your dog's attention and assure that they are as well behaved as possible. They make them familiar so that on the street they aren't scared of bikes, skateboards, wheelchairs, other dogs, other people. They get your puppy used to giving you attention after hearing their name, and coming to you, and more. I think that after she is old enough to start the training, we will likely bring her. I also would like to bring my old dog back for some basics. Overall my older dog is a good/well-behaved dog, but she has been responding very well to the clicker method. They also give great rates for new members, so if you are on the fence about trying this, it's worth checking it out for yourself! read more

Sarah, the manager, reached out to me after learning that I was frustrated and confused with the CGC test. She was super attentive and e-mailed and called me until we were able to nail down a time to come in for the test. Chelsea was great, as usual. She was firm and supportive during the test and we passed! For those looking for training, Zoom Room is fantastic. The staff are wonderful, warm and chill. Minus one star for the confusion regarding the CGC test. The website advertises that training is offered for the test. It can be misleading. There are no details about how the test is scheduled, or costs. read more
