The fridge leaked every 4 days or so and he pulled it out from the wall and pulled the drain tube out and unplugged it. He assured me the intermittent heating on the lighted burners on my stove top was normal to keep the settings constant- not a short as I feared-haha-and assured me it was not silly of me. I immediately called the technician back to let him know and was told that he was pretty sure he knew what the issue was and he would need to order a part. I waited a month for that mystery part to show up and finally called NICA to ask if it was being shipped from a different planet. I was told...no lie...that my washer had already been fixed. When I explained to the gentleman what I had been told by the technician he informed me there was nothing in the notes and that the technician who came out said he did not remember telling me that. So, fine...a little miscommunication apparently. I haven't had a working washer in a month but it happens. Now for the best part, I am told that since the work order has been closed out I will need to pay another "initial" $100 fee for them to come out. Yeah...no thanks.
