Chewy, but fully done; no white fat but opaque fully cooked! Awesome burger. 9 out of 10. I also ordered a raspberry shake. It was good ( 6 out of 10 ) and shared it with my wife. Maybe I am spoiled by super sweet chocolate shakes from White Castle. A pricey over $6. Perhaps skip this one or try a malt. I also ordered Chili Cheese Fries. The ordering line is toward the back, facing refrigerator cases filled with soft drinks and shelves of snacks. I always enjoy trying a bit of everything, which is what I found here. The gyro pita was grilled for extra crispiness and filled with lamb/beef, tomatoes, onions, fries, and tzatziki sauce. Chicken, chevapi, and veggie are other sandwich options. The lamb/ beef filling was flavorful and plentiful. I ordered Greek fries, even though some came in the sandwich, and I am so glad that I did. The fries were topped with tzatziki sauce, crumbled feta, olive oil, and oregano. Fantastic. I liked that the hot fries complemented the coolness of the tzatziki sauce. It might be better served separately so the contrast in flavors is more pronounced; the sauce warmed up from the fries after a while. The bougasta was also delicious.
