So dont take this as a negative review, My First review was 5 stars almost 5 years ago. I have been a fan of this restaurant for years, everywhere I went everyone I spoke to I always said wonderful things about the burgers here. So when I came back to Detroit visiting goodburger was first on the list and highly prioritized. Entered the restaurant, looked better and improved. Went to the counter, was greeted by the cashier, ordered burgers for my and my partner. Instead of fresh fountain I was given a can of diet soda even though their refills used to be free, didn't mind, sat down and started waiting for my food, the person who brought my food literally placed the tray on my table, mumbled few words in the mouth and left, no "enjoy the food" or "let me know if you need anything elsel". Mind you I paid 35 bucks for 2 burgers with 1 side of fries. I was not at the drive through of Mcdonalds. Anyways all of these things can be ignored if the food was upto the standard. The chicken piece inside the burger was over cooked, fries in the burger, pale and no flavor, bacon, smaller then a french fry, store bought cheese like it was slapped on top with zero love. I asked for mayo and it felt like they ran out of mayo and just took the last scoop and smacked it on my burger, kept looking for mayo, couldn't find it. The side of french fries was good. No sauces on the burger either. I am highly disappointed and I hope the management reads this and fixes these issues, as I would love to stay a regular customer and change my review back to 5 star. While in Michigan Visiting family we needed dinner on Christmas eve , 12-24-24. We googled & seen the amazing reviews on all the platforms. We arrived at Zo's 1 hour before closing. The customer service was amazing The food came out hot & fresh. The young man who rang us up was very polite. Restaurant was very clean. The manager that night on 12-24-24, was his cousin Zip or Zing( forgive if it's spelled wrong). He was very friendly. Came around all the tables and checked on all customers. Today I visited Zo's and I had a wonderful experience. Maher took and served me my order, even recommended the Lebanese burger and it tasted exquisite, it was everything I was craving for. The service was amazing and so was the food. I also enjoyed the clean and friendly environment they provide. I will definitely being coming back here again with my friends for a quick meal!! Favorite burger in Dearborn! We have been going here for years now, but just recently visited the newly renovated space. It looks great, and has a nice modern yet warm vibe. The menu is the same, so we went with our classic orders of making our own burgers. I went for the spicy crispy chicken, and it never disappoints! It's not too spicy where you constantly need to refill your drink, but just a nice hit of heat. My brother got the classic cheeseburger with some add-ins, which he basically inhaled because it was so good! Overall service was outstanding! We got our food ordered quickly, and even though it was busy on a Friday night, our food was ready pretty quickly! One of the guys also came over to each table after a certain point to ask how everything is and if you need anything, we thought that was amazing!! Can't wait to go again! read more

The Chipotle burger and the Mushroom Onion are absolutely delicious. Make it a double patty! The Mr Tsao's spicy chicken burger is equally phenomenal. Zo's also has great wraps - the bacon ranch chicken on a sun dried tomato wrap was one of the best I've had. Fast, friendly service, with a smile with free refills on soda drinks? Good Burger is a 50's style diner with burgz and all the fried goodness you could want. They've got a large dining room with both booths and table seating. I could see this being a good spot for groups because you could easily push a couple tables together. They don't have paper menus, but they've got a large digital menu above the register and you can also download the menu using a QR code reader on your phone. Burgers start around $7 and go up from there. They've got sesame, brioche and pretzel buns to choose from, as well as a slew of topping choices. You can pretty much customize any way you want. For the veggie people, they offer a black bean patty but I can't speak to how good it is. The restaurant is halal, so no pork products, but they do offer turkey bacon if that's up your alley. Both times I've visited, I've had excellent hand-smashed burgers and perfectly-cooked tots. I always order my tots well done with a side of barbeque sauce and Good Burger delivers. They have the Pepsi equivalent of a Coke Freestyle machine, so you can go nuts with flavor combinations. Service has always been friendly and efficient. This is a great burger spot in Dearborn, and I regret not checking them out sooner! read more

Very tasty food, made fresh for each order. We went at dinner time and it wasn't overly crowded, but was steadily busy with both eat-in and takeout orders. Small little burger place that is totally unique. They serve very tall burgers with somewhat non traditional toppings. Excellent and unique but not to die for Same can't be said of the shakes which ARE to die for. I had to have a second for the road. Don't just stop here and play it safe by building your own burger: go in there, pretend like you are going to order something other than the Good Burger they are known for...then order the Good Burger (if you are really hungry, request a double). The Good Burger is the epitome of indulgence. At base level, you have a smash burger, American cheese, cheese sticks, an onion ring, and their proprietary Good Sauce all in between a pretzel bun. I like the idea of having all of the sides incorporated into the burger. The other House Sandwiches (curated burger combinations) are interesting in their own way as well, you have a Onions, Mushrooms, and Swiss burger. The BBQ burger which replaces the cheese sticks with an additional onion ring and the Good Sauce with BBQ sauce. The Southwest that incorporates Pepperjack cheese and jalapeño peppers. Finally, you have the Lebanese burger that contains coleslaw and French fries in between the bun. Oh yeah...they have black bean burgers and all of the meat is halal so healthy and conscious options are available. This place has the worst value for the money of most any place of its type in Dearborn. I ordered 3 2oz sliders $9.99. The meat was below 2oz. Each burger was smaller than a White Castle slider, and Burger King Whopper Jr. (both of which are 2oz) and smaller than a 1.78 ounce Wendy's Jr. hamburger. The toppings on the burger where overwhelmed by the overly salty pickles. The caramelized onions were tasteless. The patty over done. I asked for a combo with onion rings and was told I could get a combo like that, and so I did. The ala carte small onion rings were priced $4.99 and 20oz fountain drink (Pepsi products) $2.29. I was charged $4.99 for 5 onion rings and $1.79 for a combo drink. At $1.00 per onion ring anybody would expect them be upper echelon onion rings, they were average at best and over cooked. The fountain drink was dispensed from the newest technology Pepsi machine which has the capacity to dispense dozens of individual flavors and thousands of combinations when properly stocked. Pepsi like Coca Cola offers almost ever flavor in a "zero sugar" or diet option, such as Mountain Dew, Dr. Pepper or Zero Sugar Dr. Pepper Strawberry. In spite of having these options available from state of the art equipment, this place only offered diet Pepsi. I saw no value in the food in this place whatsoever. By value I do mean a good meal for the money, not extra or pay a little get a lot type value. Other places have burgers that cost more that I have eaten and enjoyed and go back to, no problem. This place is a straight money grab and nothing more. They have no concern for food quality, proper pricing or customer satisfaction. Beware of any positive reviews. Stay away, way away. After reading the rave reviews, I wanted to try out Good Burger. Dearborn has a plethora of great burger places but this is one I hadn't tried yet. They have a lot of interesting options, but it's a little on the pricey side compared with some other local options. I tried the signature Good Burger based on the reviews and split Cajun fries and mac and cheese bites, which were also recommended. As one person in my party said, they know how to fry things! Everything fried was perfectly golden and crispy. The Good Burger was huge! I liked the pretzel bun and the burger overall was decent if a little overwhelming. But I think the burger itself could use a little seasoning however the Good Burger sauce helps a lot. I was a bit disappointed in the service. For some reason, even though I didn't order any sauces, they rang up my order of Mac and cheese bites with 3 sauces - which cost an extra 75 cents. When I saw the mistake on the receipt and asked for a correction, they gave me back only 50 cents, but I wasn't going to quibble over 25 cents. Most places would include ranch or some dip with mac and cheese bites automatically, and they could definitely use them. So I guess I'd recommend paying the 25 cents for some ranch. Ordered The Good Burger. It comes with crispy deep fried onion rings, warm melty cheese sticks, American cheese and Good Burger Sauce. Added a couple extra trimmings including fried jalapeño, tomatoes and lettuce for a refreshing bite. Side of Cajun fries complimented the meal perfectly. Loved the dining area as there are huge windows allowing in plenty of sunlight. The space is large and can definitely accommodate larger groups. They have "good" burgers at best. Service is a bit slow, but I could see myself craving this on a late night out. This place isn't too different than a lot of the specialty burger spots in Dearborn.
