I've heard good things about WingFellas and this was my very first time trying them out. We ordered a 30 pack of ribs and a Chicken Sandwich Combo with some Mac n cheese bites. Service was great and they were very kind and respectful, but unfortunately, the quality of the food fell flat. The fries were soggy, the bread on the chicken sandwich was not cooked and the chicken itself was very chewy, which I understand is normal, but it was hard to find any area of the pieces I was given to be edible beyond a bite or two. The Mac N Cheese bits were possibly the best thing I tried. Not sure I'd try again anytime in the foreseeable future but I wish them the best! read more

Honestly they deserve more than 5 stars, wings were fried perfectly, sauces were delicious (I tried the garlic parm, bbq and buffalo) and even the fries were good! Very nice people, and VERY CLEAN establishment which makes a huge difference from them and other wing spots around the city.... No wonder they were pretty busy when I went, had to wait a lil because they actually fry their wings when you order them which also makes a bid difference.... Will definitely be my to-go spot for wings from now on.... Very unorganized and unprofessional. I was harassed the whole Super Bowl because they couldn't get orders in order. I asked to cancel my order because I was told they are 30-45 minutes behind. I said if my order isn't in then cancel it please. The little girl at the register started yelling something at me I turned around and walked out. One hour later she called me from her cell phone over an over . I answered an asked her to stop calling I I canceled my order. She then. Called me again an told me to come pick up the order acting so childish. I do t am understand how she is mad when I'm the one who didn't get the order for my Super Bowl party. Thanks but no thanks this place made money an now act like they don't need my business so I won't give it to them. If you do orders then maybe don't book 100 orders from 530/6 o'clock on super ow Sunday . Also you should have a pickup line a order line I mean look at other businesses as an example of how to properly take preorders an how many you can book with an hour. Best wings in Dearborn, no one does it better than wingfellas. Any location, it don't matter, quality is upheld everywhere. Whether it's there boneless, bone in, sliders or subs. It's All good! The best sauces are BBQ, sizzlen honey, and mango habanero. There best dry seasoning are garlic parm and lemon pepper. Can't go wrong with any of the 5 I just named. There ruf buff is a bit too bitter for me, they had ruf buff ranch for sometime which was really good but they discontinued it. Bumped into this place because I felt guilty buying dessert and needed something to go with it. Fortunately, this place was located in the same plaza as the dessert spot. Honestly, it was a standard experience overall. If you are familiar with Wing Stop then you are on the right track just at a printed mural of movie mobsters. However, if you are not familiar, this is a place that specializes in fried wing dings and has a variety of sauces to choose from. It is a smaller, intimate space so although there are a few tables and chairs it gives the energy to take it to go. Because it is in a plaza strip there are some outdoor seating which works out during the summer seasons. Both food and service wise Wingfellas at this particular was solid. The service was okay , but honestly the food did not meet the expectations I had for it. First they were out of the two dry rubs I wanted so I settled for a regular cajun and it wasn't even spicy hell it didn't even taste like cajun just chicken with a regular seasoning on it and my mom orders a kickin medium garlic and it was suppose to be a sauce but they put dry seasoning on it overall 5/10 definitely won't be back any time soon read more

This place was one of my favorite places to eat in east Dearborn as you can see by my previous review. It's taken a few bad experiences for me to leave this review but this latest experience by far tops everything else. My friends, siblings & I are all regular customers and they know this. Which means, one of us is purchasing food from this establishment on a daily basis. Regular customers would be an understatement. A few months ago they completely messed up our large order. We didn't know this until we got home, we called them and told them our frustration and after some arguing they brought our food to our home. As they should since we were over charged and missing items with incorrect items given. We ordered specific items based off of what the woman over the phone had told us. Turns out, her information was inaccurate and so we got the wrong items. This does not fall on the customer when an employee gives the wrong information regarding the menu. There's been times where the chicken has been raw or freezing. Never have I ever called and complained. I've given them the benefit of the doubt and said "it's okay they must be busy". The one time my friend called due to everyone's order being incorrect makes me a customer who's "given them problems in the past" Fast forward, I place another order over the phone, a simple order and I get a call 2 minutes later saying "sorry we cannot take your order over the phone can you come in to place an order" and I ask why is that? They tell me "it says in the system we've had issues with you before" !!!!!!!! Issues with me???? They mess up our order multiple times whenever it's a larger order and it's my issue? I would pass on this place, excellent customer service can make up for OK food, bno amount of good food makes up for horrendous customer service. That's what happens when a shop is run by incompetent teenagers. I guarantee you that not myself, nor any of the other usuals will be ordering from this place again. It's unfortunate that I have to leave this review but when you spend your hard earned money on food and then have to throw it away because it just taste so disgusting it is very frustrating. I know things have gone up in price so that means ordering out has also gone up. But if you are going to charge the customer more for some thing like boneless chicken wings but give them pieces that are half the size of what they used to be and you're charging more that is a rip off and that is stealing peoples money. I am fine with paying more since everything has gone up but what I don't like is paying more and getting a lot lot less. Also I ordered a burger and I literally had to throw the burger away!! it was the most disgusting burger that I have ever eaten in my life. I had somebody else try it to make sure that it wasn't just me and that person felt the same way they had to spit it out couldn't even continue to eat it. I don't know if it was rotten or if it was burned but it had the most unusual taste some thing I have never tasted before. So happy that they opened up for business again after Wing Fingers unfortunately burned down. Today we ordered carry out after learning they had recently opened across the street from their old location. We got our usual order of wings (the lemon pepper rub and the garlic Parmesan are my favorites) as well as a philly steak sub and fries. To clarify: Lefty's cheesesteaks used to be here. WingFellas is co-owned by the owner of Lefty's, and the now-closed Wing Fingers across the road. Now we have the best of both worlds!
