I ordered a pizza and it didn't look right and I was already having a bad day so I come in and just ask for a refund and the owner and his broken English tells me that they'll remake the pizza. OK but that's not what I want. I want a refund. So he goes out of the store for a pick up order and he comes back in and he's looking at the Pizza inspecting and touching it with his hands and so then he goes and does his thing. And so I'm like OK well I can't get a refund? He says no you have to take the pizza and I'm like OK well I need to have it redone because you touched it with your hands and he was like I touch all pizzas with my hand. Well, no you went outside. You came back and you did not wash your hands and you touched the pizza slices, so I would like for it to be remade. He abruptly picks up the pizza, slams it in the trash and yells "Fuck you!" it went from 0 to 60 and there was no need for it. Needless to say everything else escalated from there because you ain't gonna talk to me like that and get away with it. So after he curses at me, he tries to backtrack and I'm like nope you're getting cussed the fuck out and so I let them have it. I was having a really bad day and he caught it all. I'm hungry I frequent the zpizza a lot so I know what the pizza should look like. And to be perfectly honest with you there could've been some slices missing but that wasn't my argument. I just wasn't convinced that it was fresh and that was it. I had zero attitude. I just felt defeated and this is how the owner responds to me. He eventually ended up refunding me my money so now not only am I walking away still hungry and disappointed. I'm pissed off. read more

After doing some grocery shopping nearby, hubby was craving pizza so we decide to check this restaurant out. Upon arriving, we liked the bright restaurant colors, large television, and laid back vibe of the staff. After briefly y looking at he in store menu, I decided to order a large vegan Tuscan mushroom with vegan sausage and hubby ordered a large cheese pizza with lots of olives. Our pizzas arrived quickly and the vegan cheese they used on my pizza melted so well, I questioned whether there had been a mistake until my hubby's pizza arrived and I realized my pizza was definitely vegan. The toppings on the vegan Tuscan mushroom were phenomenal and I especially liked the uses of three different types of mushrooms (cremini, shiitake, and button mushrooms) as well as the oil used to top the pizza. Hubby said his pizza was perfectly cooked and had the right balance of toppings. As we both took leftovers home with us (a large pizza has eight slices,) we both agreed to make this a visit restaurant the next time we're in the area since we were able to get both our shopping and pizza needs met in one location. read more

We used to love the Zpizza on Adams but they've haven't lived up to what they used to be. My wife is celiac and we always get the gluten free pizza. They were great and my wife could have a food she usually can't. The last 2 times we bought the gluten free pizzas from here she was sick afterward both times. So disappointing they have failed their clients consecutive times.
