I continue finding myself fixing my own leaks and my heads year after a year for what they did not "detect" Regardless of how old systems are - if you're a new homebuyer like me inheriting a previous system - if leaks appear in the same spots over and over again there is an issue. If MASSIVE leaks go unaddressed - I'm talking about at the main water junction area - there is an issue. I've uncovered heads I didn't know were there, I've uncovered massive leaks that were significantly affecting water pressure - all that have been overlooked from technicians year after year. I've had leaks and rotor heads fixed, and a month later come winterization, they detect and recommend upon opening, fixing leaks in those same areas! I just spent 7 hours this weekend addressing 5 main line leaks, and 5 rotor head leaks and replacement. Since I started doing my own repairs, my sprinkler system has never been better. Water pressure at its best. Watering coverage at its best. If I had the time, I would open up my own business and do the job at half the price for people with 100% satisfaction. I would crush their business. What a scam - another overpriced service repair company. Wish I could help the rest of you who are experiencing the same.

These guys did a GREAT job cleaning up the leaves. So here's why this is a 1 star review. I get a quote over the phone to mow the lawn and clean the leaves- 140/hr. I get told they will not bill my card without calling me. I had to call them every week for 3 weeks to get them to my property. They missed deadlines they set for themselves every time, until the third time I called and they asked if it needed to be done before Thanksgiving. I told them yes and they show up at 3pm the day before Thanksgiving to do some work. Sundown was at 4:30 that day, so they missed the Thanksgiving deadline (not that it mattered to me) and had to come back a second day to finish. Also, no one cut the front lawn either day they were at the home. 3 weeks later I have a $700 charge. No call to tell me the cleanup is going to run long, no call to tell me they are charging me. I honestly thought this was a mistaken charge. The only time I got a call was when I left a voice mail telling them I was going to put a stop payment on the charge. The owner called me that day and laid it all out- it was a big project, what his costs are, he wasn't stealing... No answer when I asked him why he didn't call me to tell me it was going to be a 5 hour job. He said they cut the front lawn, which makes me think he was never at the house because there is no way that was done and it's still a mess. He said he would "see what he could do to make it better so I don't bad mouth him," but that's not what this is. Like I said, these guys did a GREAT job with the leaves. But for $700 I probably could have hired the local football team to pick up the leaves by hand, one by one. I'm gonna write this one off as a loss and look for a different landscaper.
