My neighbor uses them still and in the fall this year when the leaves would fall they would just run them over leaving it looking no better if not worse then before they came. By 5:37 PM the same day, they had responded to the online request -- during what was clearly a very, very busy pre-storm window. They confirmed they would have made every effort to fit both properties into their schedule. I ended up securing another company slightly earlier due to the urgency of the situation, but I genuinely appreciated MTM's responsiveness, professionalism, and straightforward communication. Coordinating snow removal from afar for family during a severe, dangerous storm is stressful, and their willingness to help mattered.
