So far so good, the guy came, gave us an estimate, he seemed professional, we signed a contract and paid a $400 deposit. The first date scheduled for install was June 6 - no show, no call. We called the office said - sorry it is June 16. Ok we said our mistake, June 16 rolls along. No show, no call. We call the office - at least a dozen times over the next week, we get a message that the phone is out of service. We even called a neighbor who has their service and they called, with the same result.We wanted to see if we can get our deposit back - since our lawn was drying and we needed the system. Finally we got someone else and job was done. One fine day (July 23 precisely), a guy rings our bell and wants to install our sprinkler - just showed up ! And they will not refund us our deposit. So - horrible office staff and scheduling !!! ANd not very courteous about their mistakes. STAY AWAY !!!
