Original review: While I do like this store for good prices on good brands, I would caution anyone to not consider buying any of their hair or cosmetic products. I find that, not only are they often higher priced than Amazon or the cosmetic stores, but all too often they are defective, and can't be used. It is a complete waste of money, as Rack will not accept it for return, even if you literally just bought it, only to find, say, the pump straw completely missing from a pump dispenser product, so it is impossible to use. Spend the time to get all hair and beauty products at Sephora or Ulta, where they will accept a return if the product is defective.

I literally come in once every 6-8 weeks, so not sure why I deserved a welcome like that. My previous visit back in November the worker actually said "are trying to ruin my vacation?" Because I suppose they didn't want too many clothes to review before the holiday. It was one bag.
