It just seemed to be stated in a rather in your face sort of way. I don't really object to the policy I just don't like the rude way it is presented. I won't be shopping there again.

It was clean and organized, the staff was helpful and there was a much larger selection of items. They were laughing and giggling real loud while my family and I were there. It was hard to focus on looking for clothes. When I got up to the register to pay for my clothes an older lady said to another coworker "wall humper" which was extremely uncomfortable. Comments were being made about each other's body (talking about their butts) while customers were inside. To make matters worse one of the employees got on their phones on face time while there were people checking out and they were sitting on each other. My family member asked for a changing room and one of the employees said "fine" horrible customer service if I could give my experience negative stars I would happily do so.
