Fantastic experience is an understatement!!! I had my 2020 Jayco Precept towed to Zukowski Fleet Service after breaking down while passing through the area. Right from the beginning I could sense their professionalism . I called them to touch base and Dawn was right on top of things. She assured me that we could stay in the RV overnight in their lot and that they would diagnose the issue first thing in the morning. She also offered advise on places to get a bite to eat and things to do in the area. The next morning, Matt ( the service tech) got right on it and had a diagnosis in no time. I appreciate the time Mike ( the owner) spent explaining the repair with me and all his help with the paperwork. When you breakdown on the road, you're definitely at the mercy of whatever service shops are nearby, and I can say that we were extremely lucky to have dealt with Zukowski Fleet Service!! I just bought a Winnebago RV and failed inspection due to steering stabilizer issue. Contacted Zukowski to install a Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer. Dawn ordered the parts needed for my RV. This was by far the best service I have gotten on one of my vehicles. I have a RV with a broken furnace. I brought it here and the gentleman that works on RVs (I believe his name is Jerry?? - I'm horrible with names, so I hope I got that right) was a very pleasant person to work with. He was very genuine in wanting to help me out, especially since I am very new to being an owner of a motorhome. He asked me if I had winterized it before the weather got below freezing and I had not. So, he checked the piping for cracks a long with the furnace. I dropped off my vehicle close to closing time and he had it ready and working before noon the next day. Jerry (or Larry...) was more than happy to show me how to work everything, and I am more than thankful since I was close to clueless to how to do it myself. Not only did he show me how to get the propane and furnace started in detail, but he showed me how to work the water heater, where my secondary battery was, and taught me about some of the buttons and what they do. On top of that, I drove off and the gauge was informing that my battery was over charging. So, they invited me to come back so that they could check it out. I did and he informed me that my battery is running perfectly and that the gauge was off (it's a 1986 coachman, it's a bit old). Afterwards, he sent me off on my way across country. The service here is incredibly friendly, understanding to those ignorant of the RV lifestyle, and are more than happy to answering questions if you have any (unlike most every other RV repair and service I encountered or spoke with over the phone). Coming across the country in our RV from San Diego. Somewhere between Chicago and Cleveland, our propane quick disconnect valve came loose and dangled on the pavement for about 300 miles wearing down to a nub attached to the hose. I called Zukowski's after pulling into my daughter's house in Hamilton. They said bring the RV down. Within an hour, Larry and Dawn had me in and out with a stop-gap fix that allows us to continue the trip and still have propane for hot water, fridge operation and cook top. I cannot begin to thank the folks at Zukowski enough. I bought my Winnebago 5 months ago and the dealer that I bought it from took four month to fix three issues. They never fixed anything and gave me the run around. Zukowski on the other hand had every single issue addressed and repaired correctly within a week. read more

I have used Zukowski Fleet Service for over 4 years and have always been pleased with the service. Both Mike and Larry are straight forward and honest. I have had them work on a 1990 RV in the past and now on a different RV. They are very accommodating and have had my RV repaired and ready to go when promised and at a fair price.
