i had my Volkswagon TDI Jetta towed here to get diagnosed and the technician (Thaddeus) did practically nothing to help me figure out why exactly my car would bellow smoke when i drove it. his advice was that either it's totally fine and i should keep driving it til the smoke clears or that my engine had stopped working and that i should just get a new car and then the worst part of my experience with this place is the woman that answers their phone has a terrible attitude and wouldn't give me my car back over the weekend from their shop and then when i called back Monday to get it towed to my house, she wouldn't give me any sort of estimate as to what time my car would be arriving at my house. I broke down on the side of the highway and within 30 minutes they were there to tow me back to their shop. Once at the shop they diagnosed the problem quickly and had me back on the road within a couple hours. The whole shop was very professional and I will definitely be getting all of my auto repairs here moving forward! read more

They did their job . points lost of just adequate customer service in the office. I told something to one of the office girls and there was no communication among them which led to a misunderstanding. Operating on assumptions rather than clarifying the situation. Weirdly anal about mundane details and paperwork with no offer of explanation for why. At the end of the day, made me wish I had picked a different business. read more

They were a week behind schedule and that's just the tip of the iceberg. They called me 3 different times as they were "fixing" my vehicle and each time they found a problem that needed fixing. The original quote was outrageous and they went $700 over it. If you're going to quote a customer, then get it right the first or second time but each time they call back it makes it look like they are scamming. After spending $2400 at the shop, they had the nerve to charge me $60 for towing...Geesh so much for cutting the customer a break. They are very expensive and I will never use them again for towing or repair. read more
