Zulma is great with my cat with special needs. I will continue to choose her to pet sit while I'm away.

My younger cat is a land shark and my older cat requires meds 2x a day as well as a supplement. I decided to book a sitter to come out from here and I couldn't have been more happy and at ease while out of town. They use a portal which makes everything a breeze once set up. It's easy to schedule times and put in pet information. The sitter comes out for a quick consultation so you also know who will be in your home plus give them any extra guidance. When the sitter comes while you're gone they leave a journal with notes as well as taking a photo of your pets so you know they're well taken care of. I never worried once that my older cat would receive his medicine because I always had the update and photos. This was the best part. The sitter also waters plants, grabs mail and takes out the trash and change lights which is an added bonus. The one thing I would of liked would have been a way to get in touch with the sitter directly. My cat bit my sitter, and I was able to communicate on the portal but there was a delay in response. So I had to wait to hear what the drs said and how bad it was etc because I had to go through the main line, which someone doesnt always answer. It would be nice to be able to text the sitter and follow up so I wasn't stressing it was worse than it was for a day. Other than that though, wouldn't change a thing! The cost is really reasonable for what you get and the peace of mind is priceless. You can rest assured your pets will be in great hands. Look forward to using the service again in the future!

After doing a TON of research we decided to use Personable Pet Care and are we ECSTATIC we did!!! First Julie, the manager, was great at answering all the questions my fiancé had which is no easy task as she had tons of questions. She let us know our options and did a great job letting us know what would be our best option for our 6 day trip and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. She left us comfortable enough that we agreed to allow them to come out for the consultation to go over all the paperwork and make sure the sitter was comfortable with our dogs and left us at ease about the service. Our consultation is when we met the pet sitter, Lacey, who would be looking after our dogs and home. She beyond impressed us as she was thorough and took the time to explain everything and asked a lot of good questions to make sure she provided the best care. She even took notes of all our concerns and special request request ( Opening blinds, switching lights, turning on tv, opening bedroom door for dogs and etc). Once we actually departed and we left our dogs which we felt was going to be overwhelming and stressful is when we were put at ultimate ease. The communication was outstanding and we heard from Lacey consistently and received tons of pictures of our fur babies. Seeing how well they adapted to her and she kept us up to date was outstanding. We will definitely start using her and the service for regular walks and now are at ease about traveling knowing that we have Julie, Lacey and Personable Pet Care looking after our babies!!!! I strongly would recommend them with no hesitation at all!!!

Sure enough, next time she texts that she checked my pets but did not appear on the camera that day. When confronted she called me a liar and is now harassing me by email. I wasn't going to fire her over it, didn't even ask for a credit or cancel future dates, just wanted it acknowledged and move on so she would know I know when she comes. But she canceled on me right before the holiday, when we'd had her booked for over a month, leaving me in the lurch. Then had the nerve to threaten me with blackballing me to other sitters in the area. That's not to mention there is problems with her billing, twice she double billed me or didn't apply my credit appropriately. I can overlook that--she was always quick to fix it when I inquired, could have even overlooked skipping a day, but calling me a liar and gaslighting I can't endure. Do yourself a favor and find another sitter.

Unfortunately, after this last time, we will have to find someone else. Our cat does not need much as she's like many other cats. She likes the occasional petting but prefers to be alone most of the time. She has an automatic feeder so the only thing that is needed is fresh water and her litter box cleaned. We left out plastic bags for Diana so she wouldn't have to look for what was needed. The first time was not bad. She stayed for about 20 minutes. We have security cameras outside our front door So we know who is coming and going. Water was full and litter box was cleaned out. Our cat, was her normal self when we returned so we decided to go with her again. Second time around, everything was good also but we noticed she was staying less, average of 15 minutes. Not a big deal as long as everything gets done. The third and last time, we went on vacation for a week and after reviewing our security camera, we noticed she was staying for SEVEN minutes on average each time. We were wondering how she could get everything done in that little time because when my husband cleans the litter box, he is out there for at least 5-10 minutes to make sure he gets everything and he has to refill the litter. Well, we came back from our vacation and we realize why Diana was only there for seven minutes each time. Our cats litter box was filled to the top with cat litter AND the cats feces! Instead of scooping out the poop, she had just covered it with litter. It has gotten so bad that the cat ended up pooping on the floor of the garage right outside her box and we ended up with dried cat feces in our house. It was disgusting! There was no way the amount of poop in that litter box was from 1 or 2 days. It took my husband over an hour to clean out that litter box when we came back because the old feces plus the urine had hardened at the bottom of the box. the audacity to do this, even with our cameras makes me wonder how she treats other families pets without cameras in their homes. Never again. No animal deserves that kind of treatment. with the amount of time she stayed, we doubt that she gave the cat any affection either.

I truly believe that Dr. Dunn's willingness to trial medications and allowing us to make the decisions with her guidance not only gave us additional time with Jadie that we wouldn't have had otherwise, but also helped us emotionally through watching our dog decline. Dr. Buffington and his team took care of us when the time came, and it was truly the best experience a person could have had when going through the pain of letting your best friend go. He even sent a follow up email the following morning reassuring us that we'd made the right choice, and we received a card signed by the entire clinic. Today we bring our new puppy to the clinic that we trusted with my best friend's life.
