I went today after calling the store to make sure it was fine to do an exchange without a receipt & I was informed that it was okay to do so. But upon arrival I was accused of being a thief due to not having a receipt or a bag although the items had tags on them still. I was told by the manager Danny that I couldn't be helped & to go to a different Zumiez location. I then proceeded to go to a different Zumiez location & was helped by a girl named Whitney who was very helpful & efficient with doing the exchange without any issues or complications. Danny is a horrible manager who goes against the store policy & was unwilling to help me as a customer. Another associate was trying to help me but the manager told him not to. Even on the Zumiez website it says they are able to do this & clearly they're able to do the exchange because it was done at a different location without any issues. read more

Their sales rep who helped me out today to find a shirt & socks for my wife's 15 year old grandson was the most helpful person I have dealt with in a long time. He was very polite and informative about the styles that I needed to find. He deserves a commendation for his work etiquette and friendliness. The store had a lot of unique styles to choose from and I definitely am not up with this generation. The only drawback was not the store but the mall itself as it is big and long for walking and can be a bit challenging to find whatever store you are looking for. read more

Walked in and there was two dudes casually sharing stories loudly. Both looked at me and paused for a second and continued with their sitting and chatting. I was browsing for a good 20-25 mins because there is so much stuff in there. I wasn't even greeted, ask if I needed help or anything. I'm walking out the store and the two dudes were still in the same spot chatting loudly near the entrance. Soo loud that I can hear them from the far end in the back of the store. Not even a thank you when leaving. That was the rudest Zumiez I have ever been too. Hey bosses/owners that can see this! Better start shaping up your workers! Came here with friends when we were shopping the outlets. This is definitely not a store I frequent. The lighting is so dark and the atmosphere is just such a turn off. They did not have my size in many of their sale items, which was disappointing. I did not enjoy my shopping experience here and left empty handed. One of the other people I was shopping with found 1 thing in the whole store. Just not a good selection of product or sizes. read more

So I have been shopping here for the last 6 years of my life I'd say, today was embarrassing and awful. I went into the store and looked around and I thought the lady was being nice to me asking me about the stuff that's 50% off and what not, anyway I went into the fitting room to try on a shirt which ended up not fitting and she was already outside the door asking me if everything fit fine which was a bit weird because what employee from there actually waits for you to get out of the fitting room right? I get out and give her the shirt since I didn't like it and kept looking. I was looking at the shorts near the exit and I noticed the girl kept eyeing me and so did the other man working there but I just ignored It. I was about to walk out and the guy who works there says miss come here, I go back and ask what? They said they needed to check my stuff because someone said I stole a beanie ????? So I'm thinking what ?? But hand them my bag and pulls out the shirt I have in there from the store I went to before getting to zumiez. He tells me someone reported me stealing a beanie which I did not do I have no reason to lie. The girl Takes me to the fitting room and makes me pull my shirt up from the front and back to see if I have the item. Then she calls security asking them to search but they couldn't because they could only do so little. So then she asked me one more time if I stole anything and I said no I have my own money shopping here why would I have to steal ? All she said was for sure and they didn't even apologize for doing that to me. So I decided to go in 2 hours later and tell them what they did was wrong to me. I walk in and only see the guy who was at the door who told me someone reported me stealing and I tell him, what you guys did to me earlier was not cool. He says stealing from us is not cool, ridiculous right !?!?! I say so if you guys think that so much how about checking the cameras and seeing what I did when I was here. He says We don't have cameras. So I say so you're gonna say it's not cool that I stole even when you have no proof? Just because a customer told you, he pretty much said yeah. I wouldn't have gone back to get an apology from them if I actually did steal from here. This is ridiculous and made me lose my respect for the zumiez store, this has never happened to me for the past 6 years I have been shopping here. Why would I ever try to steal from a store ive been loyal too for so long ?
