I received an "Unknown Part" warning, the phone has been overheating and acting up, and the screen colors look terrible. My phone had no issues before this; it simply needed a screen replacement. When I returned for help, the employee was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He refused to help, take responsibility, or offer any solution, repeatedly saying there were no refunds and no warranty. I paid to have my phone fixed, not to leave with more problems than I had before. I will never return and strongly recommend going somewhere else.
