Came here for Black Friday sales before the crowds started getting crazy and managed to enter in without any line. There were staff all over the store to help and checking out didn't take too long either. I liked how well stocked they were and they had so many bags, wallets, and accessories in all sorts of colors and sizes. I'm not one for "luxury" brands, but I felt that the prices were pretty fair (especially with a 70% discount!). I managed to find the Disney collaboration that they somewhat recently released and all were discounted to very affordable prices. I think I only spent $60 on 3 things which I think is pretty dang good for higher end goods. I also liked that the jewelry was packed in small fabric satchels with the the logo on them. Not a bad stop and I'll definitely shop here in the future if I go back to these outlets for Black Friday. read more

I wanted to badly rate This 'Kate Spade,' 5-stars just like Ontario Mills but can't for now was because I thought this branch would carry more of a variety of clothing styles in stock as compared to 'Kate Spade,' Ontario Mills. In detail, I'm referring to Kate Spade Sweatshirts since they make you feel extremely comfy when wearing them especially to work, and they All appear extremely classy!!!! What's more is that I've been getting all kinds of compliments wearing 'Kate Spade' lately. I'm hoping the online store would ship more clothing items to our SoCal Outlet stores soon because Outlet prices are extremely reasonable! Since I ran out of Kate Spade sweatshirts to buy, I went for shoes~what do we need for Winter more? Boots! I had my eyes on a pair of boots, and the sales lady whose name I didn't catch was right there by a few steps around. She was super helpful locating the perfect shoe size in no time. I'm glad I got to debut my first pair of Kate Spade boots before the end of 2022! I Cant wait to wear them to work next week! Kate Spade shoes were all on 50% off today on Friday, December/23/22. There have been a wide selection of sales today. I'll check back on more varieties of clothing styles way in the future, but I'll stick to Ontario Mills Outlets for now. Came here after Christmas to browse around. I've been to the KS outlets in Vegas, Camarillo, and in San Diego. Love Kate Spade! Sadly, this one by far had the worst customer service! They stick by their employees, and not by their customers, and it's obvious in the way they speak to you. To preface this, I think the outlets should really clarify the wording in their Savings Passport for Kate Spade, because it says the additional 10% off applies to your whole purchase, including clearance and promotional items. To me, clearance usually refers to their cheapest items, aka items that are over 70% off. The items I wanted to use the promotion on were 70% off and the manager said the extra 10% did not apply, which seemed a bit arbitrary based on the way I read the fine print in the coupon. I mean in the end it's just 10% off, but it would be nice if it was made clearer. We bought several items, and when we asked for an extra paper bag, we were told they could not give us any extra bags, even though we were buying those items as gifts. We were treated as if we were being greedy? So weird. Also logically doesn't make sense, because we could have made several separate transactions, and we would have gotten the extra bags we wanted that way. Never had such an experience at the San Ysidro/Carlsbad outlet locations. Appalling. Never has any other store treated us that way. Lastly, 1 item I purchased was LEFT OUT of the bag, and it wasn't until I got home, hours away, that I realized it was missing. After looking everywhere for it, I finally called the store, and they told me that they forgot to put it into the shopping bag for me. So disappointing. I was told that we were nowhere to be found outside and that I failed to provide them with my contact info so they could reach me? If they don't ask me for my contact info why would I volunteer it? Such an odd comment to say to a customer. Overall, I just felt like the service was very sub-par and low-class. They did end up mailing me the missing item, so that was nice, but unfortunately, it was something I couldn't wear to NYE like I had originally planned b/c it arrived too late. Excellent deals found here. There's usually a line to get in and unfortunately there's also a huge mess inside. People are so inconsiderate. I saw several people drop wallets and handbags on the floor and didn't care. Another woman let her children play with the jewelry and tangle the necklaces! Rude, people today. The prices here are cheaper than what you see online or in Kate Spade retail stores. I bought a black Mini Kona Crossbody Satchel for $79 as a gift. The receipt claims it's discounted from the original price of $329, but no one ever buys it at the MSRP price. I checked online after I bought it and it sells for $134 at retail stores. So there IS a slight savings from buying at the outlet mall, but it's a long drive to Cabazon from wherever you are. The sales reps here are friendly and didn't pressure me to buy anything even though I came in with my fiancee. If anyone was extremely helpful to you, make sure you mention their name at the cashier since they get some bonus for it. The saleswoman who helped me was very easygoing and offered to look in the back inventory for a different version of the satchel because the ones on display had a few scuff marks. The only downside to buying from the outlets is that if you want to return/replace, then you must do it at an outlet location. read more

My friends were shopping here and noticed several great specials in the store. Being together my friend couldn't purchase for her girlfriend for valentines Day in front of her. I love Kate Spade. Her designs are whimsical or classic and this expanded store is great. Shopping here at Christmas time, the whole store was 50% off with many items an additional 20% off. I had about 5 employees approach me (I was there at least 45 min) but they were friendly, not high in sales pressure. Surprisingly when I paid for my ring and gorgeous cherry red handbag, I found out they don't make commission. The salespeople are just very customer-service oriented. I would've bought more things for myself, but I was supposed to buy Christmas presents. The store is clean and well-organized. She makes some beautiful jewelry. The only reason I don't give this store 5 stars is because they carry some handbag designs that are at least 2 years old. They should clear out old stuff since Kate's collections are new and fresh every season. Parking is not an issue. Love this outlet. First, the employees are so helpful and friendly. They sometimes have to limit the number of shoppers at a given time which means there can be a line outside the store just to walk in. The employees work hard to get you in and nobody pressures you to hurry while in store. The prices are exceptionally good on weekends and holidays. I've scored several purses and jewelry at 70% here. Jay is my most favorite employee to help me here. He is so attentive without being overbearing. Amazing deals is right! I've never been a huge Kate Spade fan, but on a recent trip to the Outlets I stopped in. The gentlemen team member who greeted me at the door told me of all the deals going on in the store and offered to be available for any questions. At first I was afraid there'd be a lot of pushy sales people, but realized all the people on the floor were simply to keep stocking the shelves and answer questions! I browsed and decided to come back. I am so glad I did! Every handbag was 50% off and some were even more discounted then that! I found some phenomenal deals, so good the woman ringing me up called the other sales people over to make sure they'd all rung up correctly. I was delightfully surprised by the style options. This Kate spade outlet store truly humbled me. I decided i wanted to splurge and buy my mother a new purse and myself (would've been a good commission check for them) but when i walk in.... But my whole 15 minutes in store i wasn't helped at all. Went in 2 weeks ago to buy a backpack, and my mom saw a side bag she wanted for her birthday. I returned yesterday just to curiously ask if it was still in stock and the white a little chunky lady I asked kind of gave me a nasty face, then asked her coworker who was next to her, and she gave even a nastier face. When I asked if they only had that pattern in a white satchel that was sitting on a counter, she treated me as if I was dumb (with an annoyed face) and told me that was a completely different purse. I like this location of the ones I've visited because it's the largest. Every time I come to this outlet I always make a pitstop to see what is the new trends. I consider KS my funsy and casual bags. I have purchased smaller bags here because the larger purses just aren't my style. Currently the style has been changing and I haven't been able to get in the groove with the smaller bags and designs. About a year ago a purchase some small swing bags and party bags which I have used during special occasions. I have also purchased gifts for others since the prices are reasonable and KS is one of the more popular handbag and accessory collections. Service is typically friendly when I come in and it's always packed esp on weekends. She was friendly and helpful and took the time to help answer my questions about the bag and their return policy (I didn't have my laptop with me, so want to make it was the right purchase). Seeing that the zipper was the slightest bit sticky, she had one of the other staff use wax paper to make the zipper super easy (thanks for that tip)... I normally wouldn't feel the need to write a review for an outlet store, but I had such a great experience here, I couldn't resist. My mom and I stopped into this outlet on the way to Palm Springs on Thanksgiving. I've been wanting to get a structured bag for a while now and I love, love, love Kate Spade's designs so I knew I wanted to pop in and see what they had. Most of the stores already had their Black Friday sales going on, including Kate Spade. I'm not sure what their prices are typically like but they were fantastic when I went on Thanksgiving. Everything was 70% off except for a few items which were 50% off, so the deals were awesome! They had the store very organized as well. There was a short line you had to wait in outside and they only let a few people in at a time so that the store wasn't too crowded inside. I was totally fine with it and actually think it worked great. I only had to wait five minutes at the most and I was totally fine with that because it was a comfortable shopping experience once I was inside. They had so many items to choose from! Of course, there were the beautiful bags but there was also jewelry, luggage and a few clothing items as well. I found an Evangelie bag in light gray that I just fell in love with! They had so many bags in so many colors, but this one was exactly what I was looking for! They had great deals on clutches, wallets, crossbodies, everything you could ever want. I took my bag to the checkout line which went very quickly and I made my purchase and got out of there! If you have a AAA card you can get an extra 10% off and if you pay with your master card you get an extra 15% off so be sure to use those if you have them! My bag was originally priced at $359 and I only paid $96 for it. I also got a free pair of earrings because I spent over $100. Seriously, if you're looking for a bag, this store has the some of the best prices of all the shops in Cabazon and you'll definitely get the best prices on Kate Spade, that's for sure! read more

The only reasons why I'm giving this store any stars are because (1) Kate Spade is one of my absolute favorite brands and (2) the promotions are insane. The customer service at this location, however, fell subpar. I visited this store on a family trip and a pushy male associate became glued to me. He was literally breathing down my neck as I looked through some jewelry. He asked me where I was from and when I told him that I was visiting from LA, he responded in a consoling tone, "Oh, well, that's okay..." Huh? Sorry, buddy, but LA is far from a downgrade from Cabazon. Also, I walked in with a Kate Spade handbag and was even wearing Kate Spade earrings! This location is the best! I was greeted right when I walked through the door. Everyone here was so sweet and attentive, especially Natalie. I'm very OCD when it comes to handbags and like to pick the best looking leather with perfect stitching. Not a lot of sales associate will go out of their way to help you find the perfect one, but Natalie did! She literally grabbed a few from the stock room and told me if I needed more, she would bring more out. That's a great sales associate! And not once did she make me feel like I'm crazy, because trust me, I know I am. She had such a fun personality and I enjoyed talking to her. Maybe I just own too much KS, or maybe I had been fantasizing for an entire year about my return to this much sought after outlet, but my last visit was just a let down. Everything was old and either doctor-bag-material black or pastel coloured--so not like KS. Two coats that they were selling I had purchased over a year ago, so wow, they really do sit on their stock. I suppose they could justify it since they were now 1/2 of what I had paid. Oh well. I still had to wait in line (although not for long) and I was handed a coupon for an extra 10-20% off (I didn't really care at this point). Then, I was reminded about the coupon in the book (die hards should sign up for the emails) with another extra 10% off. When all was said and done, I would have received 50-60% off and I still didn't want to buy anything. Of course, the Valentine collection was excluded from these discounts (the only items that seemed like real KS and worth purchasing). Also, why can't they "just go ahead" and mark them down to the actual price? I mean, I am pretty proficient at math, but still, what a racket! Then there were the dresses. After buying one really cute dress from KS in the past, I have noticed that they are all the same, or just too darn short for anyone not in their 20s. At the outlets some look worn and just full of forgotten promises and party disappointments. Overall, I found the last November online surprise sale to be better (although still slightly lacking) than the outlets here, and that's not saying a whole lot. *I have also noticed that they have reproduced a bag in their latest collection which I purchased 9 months ago in Honolulu.* Fair enough, if that's their thing, but either I already own too much KS (which is probably true) or I should just suck it up and pay full price from now on! read more

One of my favorite outlets. I've been working with the same sales associate for well over a year now, and she is AMAZING! Trinice, she is my go-to gal for all things Kate Spade (outlet anyway). She goes above and beyond to fufill my wish lists, contacts me when she gets items she thinks I may be interested in, and is genuinely helpful. I never feel as if she's faking it, or putting on a show. In the land of retail, when you find an amazing sales associate, you stick with them! I tend to do the majority of my shopping with her (HUGE Kate Spade fanatic), it's worth the trip! They also will do a send sale anywhere in the US for $5 shipping fee. ($10 for 2-day!) I live close enough anything being shipped comes overnight. All the outlets do send sales, so bear that in mind if you are looking for something! Since the remodel, the store is larger and seems to have more stock. They often have many Madison Avenue pieces too! While I am excited for the new outlet in BARSTOW to open next month, they will be hard pressed to steal my business from Trinice!! Happy hunting!!!
