Finally a manager actually bothered to into the transaction--turns out staff processed as if they had stock and no delivery processed. They can't refund (or order this properly?) without me in person to Lakeline store (i ordered it while out of town). Called customer support 4 times. They can't "find it" even with the receipt and bank record. Gave them so many chances to set it right and i wouldn't have fussed. After spending all this time, i'm giving up and sending to my bank for chargeback. Waste of time. Really bad customer service from store staff and customer support line. Never Again.

We probably went in half the stores of this mall, if not more, over the course of a long four hour walking trip, and that's Barbies idea of a fun afternoon. Not me so much, but if I'm with her then everything's fun, if you know what I mean. So they didn't have anything that I actually wanted, but we had to look around regardless and like I said, they were friendly and not the most expensive, which was useful. I still probably wouldn't make it a habit to come here on a regular basis, but at the same time I wasn't bad.

We weren't in a real hurry to buy but they suggested January was a good time to shop for a boat. They were very respectful of our budget and desired boat features and were able to work with a boat owner that had her boat on consignment with them to get a sale price that was good for both parties. Thad met my entire family (including 3 grown kids, a grandma and a spouse) and took us for a test drive before we closed the deal to be sure it met our needs. He was quick to point out some minor issues with the 7 year old boat to make sure everyone was on the same page and there were no post sail surprises. Then they recommended a great marina on Lake Travis for us to rent a slip from. He delivered the boat to the slip, worked with the marina owner to set the lift up for our boat and then met me and my kids there the following weekend to give us personal driving and parking lessons. Yep that's right he took us out on the lake and taught the kids how to drive the boat and me some of the tricks to docking the particular boat. My family is so pleased to have a boat and are all thankful we bought it from Thad and his team.

Was told the boat was just serviced and had two years of factory warranty. First season, boat ran horrible compared to a friends boat, thought it was just an under powered and heavy boat. Next season and 40 hours of use... boat won't get on plane. And is struggling. Replaced fuel filters and they are so seized on that the filter mounts had to be removed because they were corroded on. Took the boat to a more reputable shop and they discovered the spark plugs were fowled and compression in three cylinders were between 130 and 135, the other five cylinders were between 180 and 195. Called the dealership to ask about the service and warranty, at which time they admitted to not telling me the truth about previous owners, warranty status and services that were completed. Was told by the service manger that the compression was checked before I purchased and they all read 190! Now I'm told that the warranty is only transferable one which was done before me and it would have costed $1400. How can you sell a $100,000 boat all based on lies!!! There's no way the service was done based on the filters, Fowler plugs and never has a mechanic seen a V8 motor all read a perfect reading across all cylinders. The service manager burnt me on my last boat by not replacing items that were ordered for warranty and reduced my boats back looking like complete trash!! Run away from them. Spend your money somewhere else. They lie and cheat customers. I've bought two boats from them totaling more than $200.000 and they still treat me like a second rate citizen. Not recommended! Won't buy a life jacket from them!

But the most disappointing event was that my Aventon lock, a $70.00 item, was missing. I called immediately and explained the situation, and was instantly told my lock was not on the bike when I dropped it off and that I was mistaken. Talk about a slap in the face. I trusted that facility and was met with this. I will never return and will share the situation with my fellow riders. I had hoped that they would be a dependable partner in maintaining my bicycle, but that will not be the case. And to be told I don't know my bike is truly condescending. I guess the small amount I spent, $130.00, was good enough for them, that they would forfeit any further purchases. I can buy another lock; that's not a problem. But if considering their services, I would think twice and definitely seek service elsewhere.

Buyer beware! I started my search for a roof rack for my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica after finding out…read morethat they were back ordered at the dealership. Looking on line found the Rack Shop. I called and spoke to a representative who assured me the rack would fit on my car. I spoke to the Body Shop in Fort Lauderdale to confirm what I was told. I ordered and paid $789.96 over the phone for the rack. I brought the car and the rack to the Body Shop for installation to be told that the rack does not fit on this car. There are 2 groves on the top of the van that are covered with trim. When the trim is removed there is a grove and mechanisms within the grove to attach a proper roof rack. The roof rack from the Rack Shop does not fit in the grove. Upon calling the Rack Shop, I am advised at this point that the rack is not supposed to fit in the grove; rather, it is to be screwed into the roof. The Body Shop strongly advised that this was not proper; I would compromise the integrity of the roof, damage and devalue the vehicle, and most importantly, it was NOT a safe application. Given that I chose to not install. The Body Shop put all of the pieces back into the same boxes and shipping box and returned it to me. I paid another $182.27 to ship it back for them. They received the rack and emailed to tell me it was missing 2 screws and some instructions and wanted me to pay an additional $59 to receive my refund. Everything they shipped to me was put back into the packaging and shipped back to them. The Website and the people of this company falsely represented that the rack was compatible with my vehicle. It is not. It is false and misleading and this is not a Company that anyone should trust or do business with. I would not have even given a star if it did not require something.

Also, he was nice enough to give a veterans discount and let me work out of his shop while he was working on the install. Again, the install is a lot of work, taking the top on and off multiple times and drilling into the top that could go very wrong if not done correctly. I'm excited to put the roof rack to use at Home Depot or on the trails.

I never throw away blown out tennis shoes because I use them when I work in the yard and walk for short distances. Just like food or other items that expire fitness shoes have a life. Depending how frequent you use your use, you could average 6 months to over a year. When I was training for marathons, I literally bought a pair of running shoes every 6 months because of the long distance running. I always know when I am ready for a new pair of fitness shoes. The red flag sign that scream shoe replacement is needed primarily is pain. I have a high arch and when the arch falls in fitness shoes, my feet hurt. Another sign for fitness shoe replacement include worn-out shoe soles, and a noticeable decrease in traction while you are moving in class. When your feet are cushioned, your feet are happy. However, I decided to keep my fitness shoes because they were comfortable on my feet, on sale ("Hot Deal") and I did not pay tax on the shoes. Happy feet...Happy Delores!
