My closet isn't filled to the brim with L.L.Bean- but I do like their casual look of their clothes. The few pieces I've purchased throughout the years are neutral enough I can easily add on to my own personal style. Plus L.L. doesn't mess around with their fabric. The clothes are crisp- especially the women's button downs and women's blazers that have clean lines and are perfectly tailored - but carefree where I can funktify the look. This L.L. is super spacious with women's, men's, doggy attire, a small bedding section and of course, items for the avid fisher person. Help is everywhere here and you will not go unnoticed. The smiles and the willingness to help if you have a question or look for an item, is genuine. L.L.'s sheets and clothing I own are worth every dollar.

Hi Steven P or Management,…read more The individual working at the store today is unbelievably rude - no sense of customer service - walked in never looked up from his cellphone to acknowledge anyone. I was looking at a sweater didn't see my size - I continued to carry on in the store because I genuinely love it. Today the back room was covered in open boxes making it very difficult to shop regardless I found a stack of the sweaters (the one I was looking for). The guy working proceeded to yell at me stating they were all out. I said I'm looking for the grey sweater in a large - to which he replied "we don't have grey". I pointed at the stack and I know I'm not color blind but maybe he is, so I said that's grey. He pulled the sweater out and throws it at me! Yes throws it! He was mad he had to get off his seat, his phone and actually work. I put everything down my family and I walked out! Individual working on Thursday 7/27! To us, it was just a ski shop: snow gear, goggles, jackets, repeat. But then, in late March '25, hubs spotted a large Teak patio sale sign. We both did a double-take. Curious, we rolled in one Sunday, about an hour before closing and let's just say, the surprise was real. The showroom is spotless. And that earthy teak scent lingered everywhere. The teak patio pieces were gorgeous- just priced a bit out of range. But we lucked out big time and scored a black metal patio set already rust-treated. A solid win. Service was outstanding. We spotted a floor model and liked what we saw. We'd asked if we could take it home- as long as they were willing to knock a little off the price for it being on display. They didn't blink. Deal done. What's more, we'd also asked about delivery since we're not far off and two of the guys delivered the set in a snap!
