We recently brought a watch in for repair, noting 3 things that needed to be taken care of. All of these items were noted on the work order and committed to be repaired. We received the watch back with only two of the items fixed. When we complained to the clerk and store manager, they said they cannot change a crystal and said we should go to Michael's and get a stone to replace it with ourselves. Meanwhile we had already paid them to do the repair and agreed on the price to do all three items up front. No partial refund was offered, no objection was made to our complaint, they just refused to do what we paid for. We won't be buying any more jewelry at Kay.

I saw that their jeans were $10, thought a bit high for old jeans but was excited when they were marked 50% off blue tag. But, I was charged the full $10. I also grabbed two jackets one was purple tag and one yellow. My total was way more than I added up prior heading to register. Should have been a total of $20 I was charged almost double. I was too embarrassed to speak up. I feel they make their own prices according to the customers appearance. Maybe I didn't look in need-because I always take pride in how I dress but I didn't have much to spend on old used clothes. I will do without for now as I spent more than I had until my next paycheck.

My daughter had her ears pierced a couple of years ago. At that point, they did a great job. She…read morejust had a second set of holes done. The woman doing them was very pleasant. The piercing gun malfunctioned. It took her and another woman several minutes to manually put the back on one of the earrings. Although we have been very careful to follow the cleaning instructions, both ears have massive infections. I think that the equipment was probably not clean. That is terrifying. DON'T GO THERE!
