The customer service was meh. There wasn't anyone working that seemed willing to go out of their…read moreway to help customers. Basically no one this day seemed happy to be at work. The pricing layout is a bit misleading. For example they had the annual $1 flip flop sale but not all the flip flops were included. One of the flip flops I picked out had print on it so it was excluded. The other example is when my wife picked a dress from the $10 dress section it turned out this dress was not included; even though the entire woman's dress section is labeled with $10 signs. It's not about the money this is more about principle. I don't shop at old navy, the only reason I came was because I heard $1 flip flops on the radio. But I left there feeling disappointed with old navy.
