I popped in and there was probably about 15 decks in the entire store and only two of the multiple display cases had product in them. There was a single rack of clothes on the wall and two free standing with sale items. It looked as thought they were doing a final close out push. On the bright side the guy working behind the counter was friendly and out going. We talked about Thrashers KOTR and watched some clips from this current KOTR tour and the vibe was good. I hope they kick it back into gear as locally owned is always better than chain shops pushing their agenda and sales figures...

As soon as we walked in into the bike area, we were greeted right away by Henry. Henry was just a great guy. Super nice, really knowledgeable and helpful. He even helped me tie them down in my truck without even asking. Great customer service! Now we did go right when they opened on a Sunday, so it was not busy. I recommend doing the same if you want to get the same attention and help I got. I'm sure they still give good customer service either way but I can't verify that myself. They had everything we needed to start our biking journey. The only negative thing I will say, the helmets were super expensive. They had many colors and options but I didn't want to spend $100+ on a helmet that seemed to be the same quality/materials as any standard helmet. Wish they had other cheaper options for helmets. Also the glove selection was not the greatest. Given that everything else that was so great, these two small complaints aren't too big of a deal. If your looking to get into biking, come here! You won't regret it.
