There is history all over the walls, and you can see this is a beloved family run institution. That immediately made me feel good. Everyone in the store is also extremely friendly and helpful, the service is top notch. I had signed up for an appointment for a fitting, and I had a very specific suit color in mind (dark hunter green). I knew this wasn't the most common color for a suit, and I was a little nervous because I've never been through the tailoring experience before. Matt came over and walked me through everything, he helped me pick out not only the suit that is perfect for what I was looking for but he also helped me find a shirt, tie, belt and shoes. He was with me every step of the way. My suit had to be ordered and altered since it's not a common off the rack color, the team at Penner's kept in touch with me the whole time. I never had any doubt that I was in good hands, and any questions I had were answered fully. The price for everything was also extremely fair in my opinion. I fully endorse Penner's if you're looking for suits, clothes, shoes or anything else wearable. There's a big selection, and it's not just suits they also have just about anything for men's wear. A great selection, and a family owned business. I feel very fortunate to have Penner's in town and I will be back!

Thankfully Cotton On opened a location in North Star Mall and I've been a fan ever since. The staff at this location has always been super friendly and super helpful. Compared to other stores, this one also carries their children's clothing line which is absolutely amazing. Shopping for a teenage girl can be challenging, but Daniela at Flynn's O'Hara made it easy and enjoyable. Absolutely worst customer service. I placed an order almost a month ago ( before school started )…read moreand I've been receiving the runaround from customer service that they had no information on where my order was. ( if you shipped to store, there's no tracking information for you nor customer service ).They told me to call the store and speak with them direct, i called for 10 days without an answer from anyone. I send two emails to the store inquiring about my order ( since they sent in a confirmation NOT to pick up until you've received contact from the store that the order is ready). Never received a response. After received multiple emails from my sons school, I call the customer service again and ask the whereabouts, they still didn't know as they had no confirmation on their end either. Then they informed me I should disregard the email and show up in person to find my order. Crazy. I show up to inquire about my order, and not to my surprise, there's another parent with a similar issue, and they ask for a manager since the employee looked clueless. She then proceeds to turn WITH attitude and call the manager on the walkie, and during this - makes eye contact with the other little cashier and they smerk as if something is funny. Complete disrespect. At this point on top of already being frustrated, i'm disgusted. The manager has a loud, blunt and careless attitude when responding to the other parent. I felt bad for the other parent dealing with both of them, what kind of service is that?? My turn comes and I proceed to ask the whereabouts of my order, she then goes to grab the order and I asked how long the order has been in store. She then responds clueless as if there's not a computer in front of her that tells her any kind of information about the order. Then I asked her why I haven't received a call or email in regards to the status of my order FINALLY being in store, and she tells me that they're just too busy. Genuinely what is the point of emailing the customers not to show up in person and to wait for a confirmation from the store if the store is unable to give that information? How unprofessional of an employee to tell a customer that they're too busy to answer the phone or to call the customer and let them know that their order is in?????? I am appalled, I am annoyed, and I will NEVER purchase uniforms again from this business. If I can get a refund at this point, I would have, it is just ridiculous. How many hoops you have to jump through in order to find out where your child's uniform is, leaving them to feel left out at school because they don't have a uniform like everybody else. This location needs to be audited on the way that they run business compared to company standards because they are by far NOT doing remotely close to that.
