The meat and vegetables were well- seasoned not salty. Portion size was very satisfying, definitely enough to enjoy at a later time. We usually don't leave room for dessert but today we made an exception and went all in. The Oolong Tea Cheesecake was delicate, with light flavors and a smooth texture. The Momo Musu and the Mango Mousse Bear were exceptional. We immediately enjoyed the Peach and Mango flavors, the overall presentation, and the fresh fruit and whipped cream that accompanied it. (These two are a must when you visit) I've been eyeing Mihana for a while now, and am so happy we decided to give it a try. It was well worth it. Clean and Serene environment, that would be comfortable for a lunch date or a group gathering. This was really one of the best Japanese food experiences that I've had in some time. You're given two sheets of paper to select what you would like to eat. My personal favorite hand roll is the Philadelphia roll, but you can never go wrong with their California, Tuna, Salmon, or their special rolls either like the Godzilla roll.
