We had two ceiling fans go out during this bad heat wave. I bought 2 new fans at Home Depot and signed up for there installation services. Then I looked at yelp and found PHS - Luis, with 34 5 star ratings -- so decided to go with Luis - especially after getting some very high quotes from the Home Depot sponsored install guys. Thank goodness I did. Luis was great! Not only did he install both the fans and got them working perfectly, he also hung a TV up on the wall and fixed a couple other minor things in the house. I consider myself pretty handy but don't climb high anymore to do work projects around the house. Luis was quick and easy to communicate with, was competitive on his prices, arrived on time and did excellent work! He installed 2 light fixtures for me, one entry chandelier on a high ceiling (20') and another over our stairs to the second story. He also hung a large picture for us in our entry alcove 15' high, adjusted the light temperature of a light fixture on our front porch (also 20' high) and installed an outdoor TV enclosure/mount on a patio brick wall. He completed everything very quickly and efficiently with the help of his assistant. You could tell they work a lot together, had all of the necessary tools, ladders, scaffolding, parts, etc. to complete all of the jobs and was in and out in under 2 hours for everything!
