Very unethical company. Told them exactly where I wanted it, but they put the tv on the mount where it was previously without adjusting the height. They had my wife sign off and left after 20 minutes without listening to any of the instructions I left them. Ed showed up in the morning to evaluate the job, saw that it was going to require two techs to move the heavy home entertainment center left half, went to a job one of his crews were doing, got the worker, and returned that afternoon. There was an extremely heavy JBL studio monitor speaker on top of that side of the HEC, and they disconnected it, carefully took it down, then moved the left side HEC piece, carefully measured the space between, and put the left side speaker back up. Quick work, VERY reasonable price. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is that I described the job as a two-man task, and he came alone initially. Otherwise, a flawless job. read more

The two guys were able to come over right away and installed TV's. They weren't the most affordable but seemed to do a pretty good job. It went south when they started doing cabinet hardware. The handles were not straight and then when we pointed this out they just left. That is a pretty shady response and so I wouldn't feel comfortable having them in my house again. read more
