Great yoga studio. Has one room with two restrooms; a nice front desk area with cubbies and merch! Instructor was great! Love hot yoga!

Thankfully, ClassPass has made this so much easier to switch it UP! As a part time fitness instructor with a very strong routine, I constantly find myself craving variety. This place has been on my hit list for a while and I was so happy to be able to finally go last night! And boy, am I glad I did. I tried the hot vinyasa class with Lesa and it was 60 minutes of hot and sweaty bliss. The room was packed and the VYBE was jumping! I was warmly greeted and even though I arrived a few minutes before class Lesa greeted me happily and showed me the ropes. They have towels and water/beverages for purchase. BYO yoga mat but they have those as well. The salt lamps in the studio were a beautiful touch and so were the essential oils. I parked my mat pretty close to the diffuser so I was LOVING the aromatherapy while I got my yoga on. Lesa's class was a booty kicker but she also broke it down and provided modifiers for those of us who aren't so limber but aspire to be (raises hand). Blame my tight endurance athlete hamstrings. At the end of the 60 minutes they provide you with essential oil infused cold towels. The Lakeside area is the perfect location, surrounded by luxury living as well as an abundance of retail shops. The community seems very tight knit here as well. Thankful I was able to come here and cannot wait to use my ClassPass to return for another hot class soon and very soon!!

Her reassuring guidance, breathing technique, and demonstration made it easier to follow along. The fragrant, cold towel felt like a reward at the end. I was freakishly surprised by how much my body and mind felt in just one class. I really enjoyed the overall vibe, great instruction, cleanliness and interaction. The room we practiced in had a huge open window with natural lighting, which made it very relaxing. I tried the Slow Flow class, and felt a release of anxiety and tension during and after. Jen was the instructor, and she was awesome! She has a very calm, relaxing voice, and the class was very easy to follow for a newbie. I love Inspire Yoga and can't wait to visit this location again.

Not gonna lie, I struggled in the last 20 minutes of the class but when we were given a cold, essential oil-infused towel at the end, I felt like it made it all worth it. I appreciated that throughout the whole session we were told different modifications we could do and I felt very at ease. The facility itself is right next to a great coffee shop I worked at before the class and the parking lot has plenty of parking spots. Inside there were showers, lockers to put away personal items, and all the yoga essentials like mats, towels, and yoga blocks. Also went to my first sound bath and it was great - the owner was very sweet and really cares about each person that comes to the studio. Highly recommend checking out a class and/or sound bath!

The classes are small so you really get 1:1 attention if you need it. And the instructors are accommodating if you have an injury or sensitive area you need to protect. They are a lot more challenging. Then she started Pilates classes. I am absolutely obsessed with Pilates! I didn't really start seriously exercising until about 5 years ago when some friends talked me into trying the Stretch classes at the Senior Center. The Senior Center expanded to a core class and then Chair Yoga. Then mat Yoga. I was reluctant to try mat yoga but got brave and did. No more chair yoga. I might mention that I was 72 when I started and at 77 I am more fit than I have EVER been. I really thank Jenny and her team for that. I have lost 25 lbs in 2 years and have muscle rather than flab now. I would encourage anyone who wants to get into shape to try Rescue Yoga! I still go to classes at the Senior Center as well as classes at Rescue Yoga.
