I have had a few gym memberships in the past and I never did get much use out of them- I just never returned! My Inspire Yoga membership, on the other hand, is so different than than any gym membership and provides so much more than any gym ever could. The IY studio is: - safe space to explore and grow your flexibility, strength & balance - home to a diverse community of yogis - a place where one can develop personally/spiritually - a great place to take a workshop! I really enjoy the variety of class styles; I can get super sweaty in a heated Inspire class, enjoy a slow flow, or work on my deep muscle tissue with a yin class. The teachers are knowledgable, friendly and creative in their approach to crafting a flow sequence. They do use heating panels for the Inspire (vinyasa) style classes. It's a nice heat- but do prepare yourself with a sweat towel and sweat band and maybe even one of those Yogitoes towels to put on top of your mat. Do yourself a favor, and check it out! They usually offer a "happy hour" yoga Fridays at 5:30pm for only $5 and there are some discounts on Groupon, too. read more

Inspire Yoga will capitvate you! I had bounced around multiple studios before landing at inspire yoga. I have learned SO MUCH from the instructors (about yoga, myself, meditation, and so on). The Inspire Yoga team has established a wonderfully accepting and peaceful space to develop and cultivate a beautiful yoga practice. The instructors will challenge you, grow you, and change you. I believe there is yoga, and then there is great yoga. Of course, Inspire is among the upper echelons of great yoga studios. read more

I've been in love with yoga since I was 14. I'm happy to see Denton with a nice array of yoga studios to choose from. Inspire has been great for me in my journey. Bethaney is amazing, and she works hard to provide the community with thoughtful instructors to help everyone develop their practice. I can't say enough to how amazing class all instructors have been great but especially Nancy, Erika, and Rachel. They really seem to help with modifications and make class just seem extra special. Savasana is amazing...with inspire classes you get a cool lavender towel. I recommend yoga training with Inspire. It may be the best things that he ever happened to me. What a wonderful new studio for Denton's yoga communities! I walked out of the Slow Flow class feeling calm yet energized on their second day open, and I can't wait to take more classes. The best yoga studio I have ever been to from around the United States. This group is all about the holistic approach. This isn't just a work out, it's a chance to work your body, mind, and spirit. Patient and inspiring instructors, especially Nancy and Christian. They also offer a great rotation of educational workshops, which I highly recommend. The studio is super clean and bright, and has a nice energy. The fellow practitioners are kind and considerate. This is just a wonderful place all around -- not one negative thing could ever be said.
