Admittedly I ordered too much food and the portions were generous. So my meal ended up feeding me for three days. The pork fried rice, fried pork belly, and lumpia were excellent. The pancit was good but I would have preferred a touch less salt. Definitely going back because I'm a sucker for lumpia and pancit.

Unfortunately, it wasn't. Not to say someone else wouldn't like it. I was just raised on my Grandma's cooking and it doesn't have that homey-taste for me. We ordered several things so I'll break my ratings down: * Lechon Kawali - just okay. Nothing special about it and the skin was oily and not crispy. If I were to order it again, I would bring my own tomatoes and onions. IYKYK. * Dinuguan - my family typically loves this dish. My husband said it had a very chalk-like taste and texture. I took a small bite and agreed with him. * Sisig - very gamey. Actually, all three pork dishes had an almost pungent pork-taste. I know some people don't mind it, it just wasn't my style. * Turon - good flavor but not crispy. * Ube Shake - hands down the best thing on the menu! I would've loved to enjoy Authentic Taste of the Philippines more than I did. The owners are so sweet. I will say, there are numerous ways to cook the same dish in the Philippines, so just because it's not my favorite, doesn't mean you won't like it!

After their move to Micron, after several times not being able to find an available time to go another time, I was finally able to track them down at a Labor Day event, we rolled up at noon and the line just started...right before the rush (great timing). We ordered fries, "The Dropzone" (cheese, patty, house sauce, onions, pickles, lettuce and tomato) and my husband had the cheeseburger with just lettuce, house sauce and cheese. We were handed a pager, told not to go too far and waited. It took a little over 15 minutes but you could tell the burgers were hot off the grill and the fries were hot out of the fryer. The fries were crispy and delicious with a light dusting of salt. The burgers were so juicy that the juice pooled at the bottom of the wrapping, though never dripping through. Every ingredient and topping seemed to be freshly picked from a garden; the tomatoes were plump and juicy, crispy lettuce, pickles and onions...just a bite of perfection from start to finish. Now, are the burgers better than any other burger I've ever had? No. However, you're supporting a veteran owned business, the food is outstanding and I felt special being there.

We tried the mushroom Swiss burger and it was amazing. Everything down to the sriracha ketchup was fresh and perfectly crafted. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you're looking for a meaty burger without the junk or grease of other places. The owner took extra time answering my questions about his trailer and the process of opening a food truck after our meal was finished.

I ordered the shrimp with noodles and some crab Rangoon...seems like too much but I've been biking, hungry! When I say I don't know if I ordered right it is really because of the lack of flavor...which is strange. The shrimp were great, hot off the flat top, fresh, nice shrimp taste! The rest of the food, bland...except for the noodles that had a burnt oil flavor from the metal flat top...not at all appealing...don't have to worry about eating too much. The Crab Rangoon were bad as well! All fried wonton, no filling...like dime-bag full! Very easy to fold these for some better presentation but I think then it would really accent the fact they were basically empty of fillings. Would not recommend! If I see them again I will double check how I order, or just try something else. Also charged $24, selected 20% tip and was charge $32? Tax, not sure but that's a lot I think. KT

He has blessed the treasure valley with amazing food and service. This food truck makes for a great lunch or dinner. Today's lunch consists of a side of fried rice, side veggies and some appetizers. The fried rice is so good! You can taste the garlic butter that's used to seasoned the rice. It's a great combination of buttery and savory. I love the minced up carrots and onions in the rice, it gives it great texture. The veggies are always cooked to perfection! I love the slight char the vegetables get from the hot grill. The zucchini and broccoli have a slight crunch to them and is not overcooked. The egg rolls were fried to a perfect golden brown. Crunchy and savory. The crab rangoons are my favorite! There's more than just cream cheese in the middle! You can taste the extra goodies in there, crab and green onion. The wrapping to cream cheese ratio is great! Paired with the sweet and sour sour, chef's kiss! It's always busy at the food truck. Everything is made fresh to order. Staff is always friendly. If you're ever in the area of Hiroyuki Hibachi, you should totally try it out!
